this was our second visit to this property, having been so impressed last year with how spacious the house, the grounds, the pool area are - in addition to which the property is situated just five minutes from La Barrosa's spectacular beach as well as some very fine restaurants

A nice private villa. It gives you the choice of staying in and making a BBQ or paella or going out to any of the many restaurants nearby. The poolmarea is also nice and the beach is walking distance from the villa.

Kitchen is fully equipped to be able to eat indoors and outside and is very spacious. All of the rooms are spacious with a massive garden too.

Villa was spotlessly clean but I have to say the accommodation with the exception of the kitchen is in need of upgrading and modernising.The location is excellent and the host was excellent to deal with.

Verblijf los Olivos

We had a wonderful stay at los Olivos. The location and the garden were absolutely fantastic. The size of the house was perfect with lovely sitting areas and a wonderful pool. Inside the house was a little dated; matrasses were old and doors and windows were very hard to close. A great stay at a reasonable price.

Los Olivos could probably be described as ...

Los Olivos could probably be described as the perfect house: the interior is wonderfully spacious, the living area is especially comfortable, the kitchen is the best equipped we've ever come across, while the bedrooms have lots of storage space; outside, the pool area is very extensive, with plenty of loungers and lots of shade when needed; the garden is well spread out, with tall trees providing adequate shade from the strong afternoon sun and then there is the location: while situated on an amazingly quite street, Los Olivos is less than five minutes walk from the wonderful Playa La Barossa with its excellent promenade; and there are a number of highly-recommendable restaurants within the same walking distance of the house further afield, and only a short drive away is Chiclana, recommended for its surprisingly good shopping, while a trip to Cadiz is well worth the fairly easy journey

He viajado con gente mayor y la casa no está confortable para este tipo de personas. Las puertas no cierran bien, los colchones de las literas son muy incómodos. Las neveras funcionan mal. La vitrocerámica también es muy antigua. La TV también regular. Necesita mantenimiento general.

Tolle Lage - aber nicht ganz sauber

Das Haus liegt schön in einer ruhigen Straße, in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand. Check- in war lieblos, schnell , aber ok. Uns fehlte ein Fön sonst war alles da. Leider war nicht alles ganz sauber, gerade am Boden fanden sich Spuren der Vorbewohner aber auch nicht alles Geschirr und Besteck war sauber.

Mucho mejor de lo esperado

Casa enorme, bien cuidada y abastecida. A 400 metros exactos de la playa y en pleno meollo de chiringuitos y restaurantes
