We enjoyed our stay. Nice apartment with all the amenities we needed and walking distance to sites and public transportation.

Roomy apartment, nicely appointed. Great location 2 blocks from Liverpool Underground and train station. Easy walking or quick trips to most of the important sights. Busy neighborhood but quiet inside. Important feature was air conditioning as we visited during a heat wave. Pret a Porter across the street and Tesco market a few blocks away. Good restaurants nearby. Owner was easy to contact and checked in with us to make sure all was OK. Overall great experience.

Poor responsiveness

The area is convenient and as we expected: busy business district. The flat is spacious. Sofa bed mattress was poor. Bedroom window lock broken and couldn’t be closed. Would have been nice to receive clean towels mid week. Communication with mgmt could have been better. Requested extra pillows —never arrived. Insufficient garbage bags, too.
