Exciting 156 m² holiday cottage with swimming pool located on 3300 m² plot in the first row with outstanding panoramic sea views near Ebeltoft. In the large pool area, which also has sea views, you will find the swimming pool of 24 m² with children's pool and swim coach and 5 persons pre-filled whirlpool with jets, where you can determine the temperature of the water while being in the whirlpool. Entry to 5-persons sauna and one of the bathrooms. The pool is heated by heat pump. You can monitor the pool area from the living room. The living room has stairs to the mezzanine with 2 good beds, flatscreen TV and DVD player. The mezzanine is covered by a gate/grill. There are 2 cots, 2 high chairs and a changing pad. There are heat pumps/aircondition as the primary heating source. From the living room, which is elevated above the terrain, you have access to outdoor raised terrace. From the kitchen there is access to the covered terrace with light, where you can sit and enjoy the summer days and sunsets. On the terrace is a barbecue, garden tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols. On the morning terrace you can enjoy your breakfast. There are also toys for outdoor use. In the shed there is an extra fridge with freezer. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
