Enjoy staying at Burke Mountain's finest condominium located right next to the slope. True ski on/ski off, stop for warm cocoa each run. Ideal for watching the rest of the family ski while you're sitting by a cozy fire or admiring the view of Willoughby Gap. 5 bedroom, 3 bath, master bedroom suite with jacuzzi bath tub. Enjoy skiing the way it used to be. 2000 feet of vertical in a friendly family area.

Bear Path is beautiful summer and winter. You can ski to and from the door, enjoy the view of Willoughby Gap,
Summer weekly and monthly discounts available. Please inquire.
Mountain Bike the Kingdom trails which go thru Bear Path, Swim at clean and cool lakes or hike the mountain trails. In summer you can visit the country fairs, Santa Village, music on the village green, and buy local food at the farmers market. We are also interested in trades for lakefront and ocean front rentals.

We are also very pleased with how many families stay with us year after year. Last year 75% of our guests were return renters with the longest being continuous for the last 15 years.

We had a wonderful trip in this ski in/ski out townhouse. The house was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including kitchen supplies. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for a cozy fire after skiing all day. Tim and Dianna were communicative and made us feel welcome with small touches that go along way. We will definitely be renting this spot again next year!

A superb location for skiing

We loved so much about this property, starting with the best location for getting onto and off of the slopes with ease. The common room with its cathedral ceilings and fireplace became our favorite place to hang out in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room for our group of seven adults and kids to cook and eat.

Great space to gather together with our family! The owner graciously had a decorated Christmas tree and extra seating brought to the living room. We had room for some of our family to enjoy football while others played games and talked at the counter and dining table. Memorable family Christmas!

Great place!

Three generations stayed at this property over Thanksgiving. The unit fit five adults and four kids under the age of 9. The first day it snowed and by 730 snow plows were plowing the driveway and parking area out front. My only suggestion for future renters is to remember to bring soap for showering. We got some but would be good to not have to make an extra trip if you don’t have to.

Perfect space and location for multi generation vacation

We usually stay at Burke Mountain Hotel but with water damage they couldn't accommodate us. This ended up being a blessing as this condo was a perfect fit for us. A few of us couldn't ski so we could watch as the others came and went. Easiest ski trail access! Rooms and bathrooms were great for our group of 8 ranging from 3 to 71! Cozy fireplace, stocked woodpile, and a kitchen table that fit us all. Tim replied quickly with any question. We'll be back!

Grampa George's 90th Birthday Celebration

The property was easy to find. It has a beautiful view of Willoughby gap. It is right on one of the ski trails. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances. The dining table seats 10 plus 4 at the counter, for a total of 14. It has two bedrooms on the main floor, 2 upstairs, one in the lower level, and a bathroom on each floor so it easily sleeps a multi generation group. The beds received mixed reviews, some were good, some were poor. The living room was wonderful for family time and games and coloring for the younger family members. It is a split level unit, so there are a lot of stairs. It was a very wonderful weekend!

This is the perfect ski in/out condo. The layout of the condo is great and Tim is a terrific host. My group has been skiing all over the US and Canada for the pat 30 years and this was truly one of our better condos.

Fantastic Location! True Home Away from Home!

This was a great home for our family who varying interests in hitting the slopes. It allowed the older kids come in and out. The kitchen was great especially since dinner options in NEK are somewhat limited. Overall great experience from booking to checking out.
