Great place for families

Great place to stay for a family retreat. House is huge allowing all to have their own spaces. We have stayed several times here and house is always clean and well equipped. It is conveniently located rigth by the kingdom trails.

Best house in KT for a gathering of Friends

This was our 2nd year renting and we have plans to do it again. Ride right to the trails. Awesome kitchen and lots of room to spread out. No better house or host in Burke!

Perfect rental for a large group

This was our third time here and hopefully many more to come. A big house with loads of space. Plenty of rooms and beds, and the kitchen is well equipped as is the 2 grills on the deck. Thanks Gina!

This house has it all!

Great place for large groups. Great kitchen, dining room, crazy number of beds. Awesome game room with overflow fridge. Great location near biking trails and ski mountain. Ticks all the boxes!

God’s Country House

My party and I enjoyed our stay in this huge, well layed out house suitable for entertaining our group of mtn bikers. Close to town and nearby biking trails. There’s a huge game room and a dining area with an awesome kitchen for preparing and enjoying meals and plenty of beds/sleeping areas for guests. The property is close to town and local eateries so you can decide to eat in or out. There’s an awesome deck area with 2 grills for outdoor grilling. Thank you so much for providing a Home Away from Home for us… we plan to return again soon!

Bicycle Group Dream Home!

Property is absolutely perfect for a group bike trip. Location allows a morning ride from the house, return for lunch and do it again for the PM. Plenty of rooms/bed arrangements for family and friends. Kitchen setup and grills were perfect for group meals. The griddle is the best for, pancakes eggs and bacon. Rec room entertained the teens and the basement area had a great space to setup a work stand to tune up between rides.

Perfect get together place

We were there for a mountain bike trip. The location is perfect for a big group. Place to eat and sleep for everyone and restaurant-style kitchen to cook big batches. The location is perfect too. A calm spot, 2 min from the village and all the action. The perfect place to have a good time with family and friends.

A Great Base for Mountain Biking

Second time staying here so we knew what to expect. House is very convenient to town. We really enjoyed the game room and professional kitchen. It's an older place but makes up for that in the abundant space and amenities. Its really perfect if you have a larger group that is looking to make the most of what the area can offer. Kitchen is really good for preparing large meals.

Terrific House for a Large Group in a Terrific Location

I stayed at Gina's property with a group of mountain biking friends for our annual weekend Kingdom Trails trip. This is a great place to stay with a large group. The pictures online do not do justice to how much space you have there--it's really big so a large group can spread out and have lots of room in several different areas. We loved the ping pong and pool tables, and also enjoyed the fire pit outside. The 8 bedrooms were great, as that allowed a couple of guys in our group who are professional snorers to have their own room. And the mountain biking trail down to town is a ton of fun and a great way to start your MTB day (though we did not ride back up to the house at the end of our day, but instead shuttled up in our cars). And Gina was very easy to deal with. A great place that we hope to rent again next year.

Great place for large groups

So much space for so many people! We spent a lot of time in the game room playing ping pong and pool. Bedrooms and public rooms on both floor. Serious gas stove in kitchen. Dining room table seats 14+. Glad we found it. I will not hesitate to recommend this house to others .

Birthday Biking Weekend

Celebrations are important so choosing a location is key. This property fits all the criteria for wow factor AND comfort. We could not have found a better place to stay. And our host is top notch. She was always available to answer any questions and make sure our stay was everything we imagined.

Great Base for Larger Groups Experiencing E. Burke

This is a rustic home but perfect if you have a larger group who is active and needs a base of operations. Our group of 8 mountain bikers really appreciated the commercial grade kitchen, the game room, and ample sleeping spaces well separated from one another. The location minutes from town is an added bonus. We all agreed to come back again.

Great property!

We so enjoyed this house, the way it's laid out you can have groups in several locations all having a good time without disturbing the others, grown ups in one living area kids watching TV in another, pool games in yet another, pleanty of beds to choose from. Would be perfect for a youth group. Family reunion etc. Kitchen is really well stocked too

Everything you could ask for!

This was our group's tenth year of staying at Kingdom Trails, and the consensus was that this house was the best, hands down! More beds than you know what to do with, a restaurant-like kitchen, the game room, and the massive dining table were just the beginning of what the house offered. We'll be back!

We purchased this unique home and renovated the space to accommodate our large extended family. We spend most winter weekends at this house and have created many memorable moments. We hope others will create their own memories and traditions.

Why they chose this property

This unique space has the ability to sleep many guests comfortably. Kitchen and eating areas easily serve all guests. Featuring 6 bedrooms to privately accommodate couples, and 3 bunk rooms which include 13 twin/bunk beds and 3 additional double beds. The house is spacious enough to find your own quite area if needed. Enjoy cooking on the commercial grade stove top, double oven and cook top griddle, or two outdoor gas grills.
