The Villas at Zermatt are amazing. The Villa we had was fantastic and had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub, fitness center and restaurants were all great.

Beautiful Room and Fun Amenities
We were able to enjoy our first few nights of our marriage at the Villas. Our room was fantastic and the amenities were great as we enjoyed the mini golf, the spa, the steam room at the fitness center and of course the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the restaurants right on site as well as the bakery.

stay at villa condo
Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen has good utensils and equipment. The soaking bath tub is great given the current Covid world! We liked the dining area, including the fact that we could watch evening news while eating dinner. Note: The 3 living room chairs were pretty much too large for us; however, this is not a problem of management, just a dated decor choice that the owner can fix at some point. The sofas are fine! We found the management responsive to our requests for additional linen.

AC not working
The room was generally nice. However, upon arrival, the room temp read 76 degrees so I turned down the desired AC temp to the 60's, but the room never cooled off. The air was blowing, but not cool, nor effective. We told a maintenance guy and he took down our room #, but nothing changed. We had to open all the windows all weekend to get some relief, but since we were facing the pool and the sunrise, that Was very loud and bright. The other issues were that the arched window in the sitting room didn't have any coverings, so the sun came streaming in on the face of the person using the pull out couch first thing in the morning...it was extremely bright. The queen pull out only provided one pillow, and our master bed was made up with the sheet on top of the blanket (between the blanket and comforter), so we had to tear down the bed and remake it before using. The bathroom had a faint mildew or sewer smell as well, and the tub had some large dirt particles in it upon arrival. The code to access the room was 6 completely unrelated numbers long, so we had to pull out our phones every time we wanted to access since it was slightly difficult to memorize. The room layout was great, kitchen and table were awesome, and the restaurant was delicious. However, since we had so many little maintenance and quality control issues, it would have been nice to have had a phone we could have called reception for help, extra pillows, etc...but there wasn't anything in the room, and the lobby of the villas didn't have a receptionist, so if we needed anything, we had to walk or drive around to the main resort. Overall, our unit was not well-maintained nor very customer-friendly. The quality control was poor for how much we paid for the room. It had so much potential, but I wasn't too impressed.
