Great location near the Lavapies Metro! Many shops & restaurants within a few minutes walk, too. Friendly people. Host communication was excellent. Apartment was clean & well equipped.

Apartment was updated and clean. Host was very attentive. Shops and restaurants were just outside of the door. Lobby of building needs updating and cleaning but not host’s responsibility.

We had a great time in Madrid ! location was excellent, lots of restaurants around and short walk to Barrio las letras neighborhood and other attractions. Easy access to metro station. Our host was prompt to answer our questions . The only downside was that we rented this apt because the bed was listed as a king size but it is actually a queen size, so that was a little bit of a disappointment but we made it work. Other than that everything else was perfect for our needs in this trip.

Close to Reina Sophia Museum, wonderful bakery, large grocery store. All the basics were in kitchen. Apartment was clean. We were hoping for some instructions for using washing machine, emptying recycles, restaurant suggestions, transportation options/locations, highlights of neighborhood, as we have experienced with other rentals.

Great apartment in the lavipies neighborhood. Quick walk to the metro, grocery store and many good restaurants/bars. Hans, our host, couldn't have been better. Very responsive to any issues, we were here for a month. Very comfortable apartment, quiet, and had all the essentials.

Absolutely what we needed. Owner was great with communication, there were enough linens, cooking utensils, eating utensils—just right for our family of four. Great stay!

Amazing place to stay in Madrid!

Me and my family had an amazing time here! The host was very helpful in getting us checked in and set up! The place had everything we could need to make our stay in Madrid perfect! It is in a great location and is close to the Prado museum as well as any transportation. It was clean and quiet, and a great place to stay!

Great place, great location

This was very conveniently located close to the Lavapies metro stop, Atocha train station, and the Reina Sofia. The neighborhood was easy to navigate and had many dining options. Our hosts were fabulous and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Madrid.

Fabulous location

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable and communicating with Hans snd his daughter was easy. We thought the location was wonderful as it was very close to good places to eat and the metro. I recommend!
