Burgess Creek Townhomes are a hidden gem within close proximity to the ski area (1/2 mile up to Thunderhead lift and 1 mile down to gondola) and downtown. This two-level 1460 square foot townhome is spacious and offers casual comfort. From the deck, dining room, living room and bedrooms, you can watch and listen to the sounds of Burgess Creek in all seasons but winter. Use trails immediately behind the unit to access ski, snowshoe, hiking and mountain bike trails.

Bedrooms: 1 King & 1 Queen
Bathrooms: 1 tub/shower combo with separate vanity area; 2nd bathroom has a walk in (curbed) shower across from queen bedroom. Third bathroom is a powder room (toilet/sink) on the main level.

Lower Level
The lower level has a primary bedroom with a Casper King mattress and a guest room with a queen bed (both with windows facing Burgess Creek) with large closets, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room.
The queen bedroom features a new adjustable sitting/standing desk and office chair to make remote work more comfortable.

Both bedrooms are very comfortable and light filled for lower level rooms.
We provide all bed linens and towels so you can arrive with just your suitcase and cosmetics.

The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate sink/vanity area and a second large closet. The 2nd bathroom is across from the 2nd bedroom and has a shower enclosure, sink and toilet.

The full size laundry room with clothes folding area and drying rack is conveniently located near the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Main Level: Entry, Powder Room, Storage Closets (2), Living, Dining, Kitchen, Attached Heated Garage
The upper level features two entry closets for gear storage and a 1/2 bath/powder room. The spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace (wood not provided) also boasts a queen pull-out sofa for guests and new sliding glass doors to the deck overlooking Burgess Creek. Additional sofa and oversized chair make for cozy and spacious entertaining space. The dining room area has a 6 person table and a kitchen/bar area with 4 stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and all the gadgets, dishes, pans, glassware that you'll need for a comfortable stay.

The townhome boasts an attached one car, heated garage with plenty of room for a car or lots of gear - in addition to a covered (carport) designated parking spot.

This is a quiet building of professionals and residents and not a party property. Renters are not allowed to have pets and the HOA (and we) are very strict on that policy.
We don't find our guests exclusively on this site so have many additional references to share.

Thanks for considering our condo! Our typical guests are digital nomads (we have good wifi and the second bedroom has room for a desk), traveling medical professionals, retired folks checking out Steamboat for relocation or to escape the southern heat.
