Whispering Pines at Northstar, less than a mile away from the Steamboat Ski Resort, is a beautifully remodeled 2BR + Loft/2BA condo, and is a choice spot for your Colorado getaway! LIVING ROOM
New windows, flooring and glowing wood trim accent the light-filled living room with a vaulted ceiling. Kick back on comfortable furnishings including a new sofa and 2 arm chairs, enjoy movie night on the 42" cable TV while warming yourself by the gas fireplace, this is a very cozy and comfortable place to land in Steamboat!

KITCHEN & DINING
Sleek new floors line the fully equipped kitchen where you will find all the cookware and gadgets you need to fix favorite recipes. Ample counter space makes meal preparation a breeze. A spacious granite kitchen island seats everyone to home-cooked meals or family game night.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This condo offers plenty of accommodations between the two bedrooms and a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds.
The primary bedroom has all brand new furniture including a king size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. A cozy sleeping loft, accessible via a ladder, has two twin-size beds. Two freshly remodeled bathrooms offer plenty of space to refresh. One has a tub/shower combination, while the other is outfitted with a walk-in shower.

Sip morning coffee on your covered balcony while taking in the mountain vistas on this private perch. The quiet neighborhood will not disappoint!

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a shared coin-operated laundry facility, a ski locker, and parking for two cars in the outdoor lot.
This second-floor unit is accessed via two flights of stairs. Although the condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with mild summer temperatures in the mountains.

THE LOCATION
Walk to the free bus line in less than a quarter-mile -- this convenient service takes you to Steamboat Ski Resort and downtown.

Parking is unassigned in the lot. 1 parking pass will be inside the unit. No RV's or Trailers allowed per the HOA.

Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Fantastic stay!

We had a great stay in Steamboat Springs! Our condo was perfect, nicely furnished with everything we could need. It's located in a beautiful quiet area not far from downtown. So relaxing, just what we needed.

Steamboat Northstar

The accommodations were great for our ski vacation. Conveniently located near a couple of bus stops too. Spacious rooms with a nice long table for dinners and conversation.

Nice room, good location. Only complaint is that the loft area was so cold, we had to keep the fireplace on; and the movies didn't work.

Excellent condo with great proximity and access to Steamboat

The condo was very clean and well put together. It is a 6 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to the base of the mountain or to downtown Steamboat Springs.

Great Ski Weekend

Great place!

Very nice condo. It was able to hold our family of 4 and mother in law very well. Kids loved the loft. We took the bus to the slopes 1/5 days because it’s quite the walk for small kids (and my knee) on ski boots. Drove the rest of the days (5min drive). Not a big deal, just check the app for cheap parking days. The place had everything we needed and provided an excellent ski vacation to Steamboat. Thanks again!

Great location and views

Communication was great with the property mgmt. Apartment was clean and had many amenities. Great for families with loft. Close to two shuttle stops (uphill or downhill). Great views from balcony of slopes. Even saw a fox one morning. Only downside, which had nothing to do with apartment, was sauna and jacuzzi weren’t working in bldg. and hard to lug luggage up two flights of stairs. But we knew there was no elevator.

Great Property for XMas Ski Vacation

Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped condo for a Steamboat Springs ski vacation. We very much enjoyed our stay. The management quickly responded when we had a check-in issue (we were early and couldn't get in). We were pleasantly surprised when they immediately picked up the phone on Christmas Eve. The only issue was that the Sauna was not operational & hot tub area needs an update. This wasn't a big deal to us.

The ‘Boat in February

Great place with nice location. Description of “three bedrooms with a loft “ was misunderstood by us. We thought it would be three full bedrooms with an additional loft but it actually meant three bedrooms and one of the three is a loft. But the pull out couch still provided somewhere for each of us to sleep.

Great property but poor hot tub & sauna area

The condo was nice and clean, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing was that the hot tub & sauna area were extremely outdated, gloomy and there was some construction happening in the back. Went once and decided to just better chill in the condo. Oddly enough the condo didn't have a kettle, a first for us.

Mid week stay w family.

Nice condo, very clean with plenty of room. Was not aware of fire alarm maintenance until day prior. Basically had to be out of the unit for two hours (unless I wanted to hear every alarm). No comp for this as we had to change our morning plans. Was mildly frustrating but not enough to ruin the stay. Neighborhood was kinda loud with adults partying late into the night.

Great ski vacation

EZ stay for 6 in this condo. Living area worked very well for 6 people, plenty of dishes, glasses, etc and kitchen seating worked well. Upstairs loft is tight and a steep climb up a ladder to enter. The loft is not practical for certain people. The ski locker downstairs was large. The hot tub is indoors and seats 6 easily. It wasn’t working one of the days but a call to management had it working by the next day. The walk to the shuttle bus was about 200 yards somewhat uphill. The return bus is downhill maybe 200 yards. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms a little small but it all worked. Enjoyed our stay very much

Not up to par

We come to steambat twice a winter ski season and this was not our favorite. Access to the public bus was hard to get to. Coffee pot was broken and replacement was not functional. Fireplace only worked half the time. Hot tub room was not worth using considering the chemical smell and temp only above bathtub heat. Only one key available and maintenance couldnt access the room unless we left the only key. Not worth the cost.

Lovely space, with with management issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good week in Steamboat, but our experience was a bit mixed. First the good: The unit is bright and spacious with useful furnishings and a well appointed kitchen. It was spotless when we arrived, and a it's a plus that it's dog friendly. The not-so-good: The WiFi password was set to expire the first full day of the rental, and we had to call (and wait on hold) to get the new one. The main light fixture for the living room wouldn't work, making for some dim evenings. The fireplace blower wasn't working properly, so the entire flame including pilot light would go out after 15 minutes or so. We could relight the pilot after it cooled down, but it was annoying. The Internet was down (maybe for everyone - we saw a comcast truck) for a full day. And the automatic door lock code stopped working mid week, leaving us locked out for a bit, and we had to get a new one. The local property maintenance rep was very responsive, but each issue required an interruption to our vacation.

The host was fantastic at communicating and responding to needs, one of the toilets was broken upon arrival but it was fixed promptly. The bus stop is a decently far walk uphill from the house. The communal hot tub is inside of a small room which is not my favorite but at least we had a hot tub!

Christmas 2021

Our family of 5 loved our cozy stay. The condo is updated wonderfully. Our younger two kids (10 & 12) loved the beds up in the loft. The bar/table was an exceptional addition that allowed more than enough seating & table space for our Christmas meals. With our main objective being skiing, the proximity to the free bus route was great. A short walk up the hill to the stop and we were two stops from the gondola. The ski locker was useful so we didn't have to leave skis on our vehicle. We would definitely stay here again!

Not clean

Says no pets allowed yet the amount of dog hair and urine odor was bad! They had their 3 Corgis framed above the fireplace. So I assume they visit often. Dirty silverware,stains on converter. Dirty towels were on top of the toilet and vanity. Only enough hot water for two people to shower for Max 5min. They refunded me $15 per night for all the inconveniences. My opinion not near enough to stay with them again.
