Holiday villa in Periana, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

In the smooth hills of Periana, 50 km north-east of Malaga, there sits this lovely villa where you will enjoy some truly relaxing holidays. You can enjoy the warm summer temperatures in the outdoors, or regain your strengths in the comfortable beds provided. Besides, the fact that this villa can accommodate up to 8 people makes for a great group holiday destination.

The ground floor of the villa features two bedrooms and the living area. Both bedrooms are equipped with one double bed each and warm/cool air-con, and one also has an en-suite with whirlpool shower. Another bathroom with both a whirlpool shower and a bathtub is available on the villa’s ground floor. The living area, which is also the first room you will find once you enter the villa, welcomes a fully-equipped galley corner, a dining area and two sofas. From here, a staircase leads to the sloping-ceiling first floor. Here, you will find six single beds to accommodate the rest of the family.

The outdoor area boasts a lovely covered porch, where you can chill out and relish in some “al fresco” dining. The same terrace also welcomes a brick BBQ, which lets you prepare the most delicious grilled meat and fish with the most stunning hill views. A staircase leads to the pool area, featuring six sun loungers with a few parasols and a splendid private pool with an incorporated outdoor Jacuzzi. As the pool also features a swan neck jet, you will be granted an authentic spa experience, surrounded by nothing but panoramic views and quietness.

The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.

Der Eigentümer ist sehr entgegenkommend und steht für alle Informationen und Hilfe zur Verfügung. Ich möchte ihm unendlich für seine Freundlichkeit danken, für die Feigen und Tomaten, die er uns für die Adressen gegeben hat, usw. Der Pool ist nicht einsehbar. Eine Versöhnung mit der Ruhe und Natur, weit weg vom Lärm und allen Unannehmlichkeiten des Stadtzentrums. Ich empfehle diese Villa. Vielen Dank, Raffa, du bist das Sahnehäubchen 🎂 🎂 🎂 🎂

Das Haus ist an wunderschöner Lage, mit gepflegtem Garten und sauberem, grossen Pool. Im Haus gibt es sehr gute Haushaltsgeräte und an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter, das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Auch Kinderbett und Babystuhl waren vorhanden (vorbestellt). Sehr angenehm ist, dass das Wasser vom Hahn trinkbar ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, bei Fragen sofort anwesend und er gibt interessante Ausflugstipps. Sehr zu empfehlen! Hasta la vista!

Kids played in the pool all day whilst we relaxed in our own beautiful surroundings. All in all a totally perfect holiday in perfect surroundings. Am definitely going to book again.

Es ist ruhig gelegen,kein Mensch weit und breit mit fantastischem Ausblick .Das Bergdorf Periana mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt,dort sind Supermärkte vorhanden, die bis 21.00 Uhr aufhatten. Sehr zu empfehlen auch für Familien mit Kindern. 45 Minuten bis zum Strand nach Malaga.Einfach toll!

Cela donne l'impression d'être seul au monde, même si toutes les facilités restent facilement accessibles. Rafael est un hôte prévenant, et facilement joignable. Nous y retournerons si nous en avons l'occasion et recommandons vivement cette location !
