Holiday house near Árchez, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

This fabulous house, recently renovated, offers the essential amenities so that the whole family can enjoy an unforgettable stay. Furthermore, the views it offers are simply spectacular, and will take your breath away as soon as you arrive.

The house has a beautiful interior area, very bright and comfortable. The living room has a comfortable sofa, dining table, television and stove. On the other side of the living area is the modern American kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances so that you don't miss anything.

The rest of the house has three beautiful bedrooms: the master bedroom has a large double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and huge windows that open to the outdoor Jacuzzi area. Another bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share the use of another bathroom, also equipped with a shower tray.

The bedrooms and living room have hot/cold air conditioning.

The outdoor area has nothing to envy the interior. Right at the entrance of the house you will have a beautiful porch with a dining table and views of the mountains. To the right, you will access the magnificent private pool area, which is fenced for the safety of families with small children. On the other hand, to the left of the porch there is another dining table and a splendid hot water Jacuzzi. Here, you can enjoy a warm bath at any time of the year, while you fill your gaze with the amazing views that extend at your feet.

The outdoor equipment is completed by a ping-pong table and a covered barbecue.

The access road to the house is through a 50-meter dirt track, which ends on a slope.

It is a beautiful house with a beautiful pool. The jacuzzi makes it all the way. And the house inside is also perfectly in order and very clean. There is complete privacy because of the electric gate that completely closed off the plot. Car was safe. Ivan, the landlord, is super friendly and helpful. We found no negative points. It was a great holiday!

The location is truly exceptional, with breathtaking views. The house is fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Ivan, our host, clearly takes excellent care of his home, which is a huge plus compared to other accommodations. He was always attentive and responsive to our needs and requests. The house is situated in the mountains, so a car is essential for excursions or to get to the nearest supermarket, about a ten-minute drive away in Competa, but this was absolutely no problem. Thank you for making our stay in Andalusia such an exceptional holiday; our children loved it.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Was für eine erhabene Aussicht! Das Haus eignet sich perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt mit Freunden oder der Familie. Eine Stunde vom Flughafen Málaga entfernt, in den andalusischen Bergen, bietet das Haus eine hervorragende Sicht über die nicht einsehbaren Täler. Das Haus verfügt über alle notwendigen Geräte für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit Freunden, waren vom Whirlpool und der Aussicht begeistert, machten Spaß dank des Swimmingpools und feierten das Äußere und die Wohnräume, die das Haus bietet. Der Vermieter geht sehr auf Fragen und Wünsche ein, das Haus ist sehr sauber. Der einzige Nachteil: die Erreichbarkeit des Hauses, die aufgrund der Lage in den Bergen nur mit dem Auto möglich ist. Wir waren die ersten zwei Mai Wochen in dieser Finca. Positiv: Wer ins Hinterland möchte ist hier genau richtig, es ist sehr ruhig hier, man hat von morgens 9 bis abends 20uhr Sonnenschein. Als Katzenliebhaber ist man hier richtig. Die Finca selbst ist fast noch neu renoviert, die Räume auch die Badezimmer sind sehr schön genacht, der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig angelegt man hat mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ivan ist sehr nett und antwortet sehr schnell. Negativ: obwohl noch fast neu so ist doch schon einiges in Mitleidenschaft geraten. Im zweiten Badezimmer stand die Wäschetruhe in der Dusche, bei Benutzung stellte sich heraus daß der Temperaturregler nicht mehr funktionierte, es kam nur heißes Wasser raus. Wir kaufen immer zuerst löslichen Kaffee da man nie weiß wie was ausgestattet ist, eine Kaffeemaschine fehlte. Etliche Glühbirnen im Innenbereich funktionierten nicht. Von den drei Schlafzimmer war nur Bett bezogen. Das zweite Bett als auch die kleinen für die Kinder, quietschen bei jeder noch so kleinen Bewegung. Beim Wihrpool funktioniert die Beleuchtung nicht mehr einwandfrei (nur noch blinkend) Die letzten drei Tage viel der Wihrpool wegen Undichtigkeit komplett aus. Ivan hatte uns geschrieben das ein Spezialist da war und wir das Wasser den nächsten Tag wieder auffüllen könnten. Dieser Spezialist hat allerdings eine große sauerrei im Wasser Hinterlassen. Alles in allen waren es doch ein Paar zuviele Sachen die uns negativ aufgefallen sind. Daher vergeben wir 7 von 10 Punkten

Diese Unterkunft hat das gewisse Etwas, das andere nicht zu haben scheinen, vom automatischen Sicherheitstor, dem schönen Whirlpool, den wunderschönen modernen Wohnbereichen bis hin zu den schönen Lichtern, die die Unterkunft nachts erhellen und hervorheben. Die Tatsache, dass Ivan für unseren 1-jährigen Sohn einen Hochstuhl gekauft hat, hat wieder einmal diesen Hauch von Klasse gezeigt.

Es hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um sich auszuruhen und einen ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Grill, der Whirlpool, der Pool, die Tischtennisplatte. und die Aussicht! Es war ein großer Erfolg.
