This is my second stay here and would stay again. Love the beach area and location. Homemade dinners and cribbage in the enclosed porch are just what we were looking for. Dining out is easy also, just a short drive north or south. The Host is amazing and makes contacting for questions easy.

If I would’ve known you were playing cribbage, I would’ve stopped by for sure and seeing if we could’ve played a game
The house was just how the ad was listed. This is our 2nd time at this place and would stay again. Very close to the beach. Stort distance into clear water beach but away from hustle and bustle. Host was very responsive. If your looking for a quiet relaxing beach get away thisis your place!
Honestly even if everything else was horrible, which it WAS NOT, you simply cannot beat this location. Literally steps from the beach, and the screened in back patio is such an added bonus. Everything we could have needed was available to us during our stay, communication with the host was super easy, check-in was smooth. The property itself was very clean and while you can tell it is a bit "older," it is in really fantastic shape and has clearly been well cared for and kept up. We will absolutely be back in the future.
The beach view was perfect! The kitchen had everything needed to cook and prepare meals. Owners were very kind and easy to get in touch with. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

LookIng forward to hosting you again, Amanda. About half of our business comes from people who were previous guests.
Host was welcoming and this is exactly what I was looking for. I spent my mornings drinking my coffee and gazing at the beach from the screened in porch. When my teenagers woke up, we were close enough to Clearwater that it was easy for them to rent Jetskis and go deep sea fishing. My boys wanted adventure, and my daughter and I wanted relaxation, and this property met all of the needs. I would definitely return.
Very beautiful property in a nice quiet part of town. The distance to the beach is amazing and can't be beat. The owner is amazing and very welcoming. We would happily stay here again.
We got to see it all right from our backyard. Amazing location

Yeah it’s pretty great to sit on that screened in porch and just watch the beach right in front of you in the shade and have all the conveniences of Home right there
We had an excellent stay! Accommodations were as described and property manager was fantastic, responsive, and so easy to work with! Looking forward to booking again!

Thanks, Stasia. We look forward to hosting you again actually about 50% of our bookings are people that are coming for the second or more time.
Property is perfect! Soooo close to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed and MORE! Great location out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to any fun you may need. We are already ready to go back. Our favorite part was how close to the beach we were.

Yes, when I tell people steps away, they don’t believe it
The location and view of the beach were very convenient and beautiful. Also, very convenient for our dog. Great location to choose tourist activities in Clearwater and surrounding areas. Some areas in the unit need to be repaired and updated and I gave these suggestions to the property manager. The path from the parking lot to the unit was cumbersome having to go through two gates located in she pool area.

Yes, I understand when you’re concerned with having to go through the pool to reach the unit; however, Pinellas County says all pools must be completely fenced all the way around for safety and we have no way around this
Everything you need. The towels and beach towels were very nice. Con: You could hear people walking around upstairs and I would have preferred an ensuite bathroom instead of down the hall.

Thanks for your review, Tammy… Yes, the bathroom is across the hall maybe 10 feet? But I understand about having an en suite bathroom we’re just fortunate that we have two bathrooms since so many places only have one.
Others say "beachfront" but it's a long walk from a multi-story high-rise or condo... and I'm too lazy to go up and down stairs all day with all my beach stuff!!
Owner and manager live in Tampa and can advise you on local events and sites. only a phone call away but we'll never "drop by".
Why they chose this property
It's like having your own private house literally on the beach... NOT across the street, or down a hall, down th elevator and through a lobby. The pictures of the beach were taken from the living room.
What makes this property unique
GROUND FLOOR TO JUST WALK TO THE BEACH...hard to find these days... and you're surrounded by other low-rise buildings. This building is what Florida used to be like before high rises. Family-owned and operated
