Enter the property and be greeted by a charming beach feel. Sea Isles Villas has minimal neighbors, a stunning view, heated pool with direct oceanfront views. The private elevator is an additional bonus with private keyed access to your unit and makes it especially convenient for loading groceries and beach gear to and from the car or beach. =

Condo Features:
Master Bedroom – Entering the condo to your right is the Master Bedroom with King Size Mattress and flat screen TV with cable and Smart TV. In addition there is an bathroom with shower and closet with condo essentials such as blankets, vacuum, pack and play with linens and booster seat and beach towels.

Second Bedroom – Entering the condo down the hall on the right is the second bedroom with Queen Size Mattress and flat screen TV with cable and Smart TV. In the closet you will find all of the beach toys you could need for your stay such as beach chairs, umbrella and coolers.

Guest Bathroom – Entering the condo down the hall on your right between the Master Bedroom and Second Bedroom is the hallway bath with shower tub combo.

Living Room – Entering the condo all the way down the hall you will pass the upgraded LE washer and dryer to a spacious living room with upgraded furniture and sparking quartz countertops. We keep our kitchen stocked with all of the essential cooking pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee maker, blender toaster, tea kettle, and utensils. The kitchen includes a dining room table seating 6 plus 2 bar stools for the eat in kitchen bar. The living room is equipped with plush couches with a pullout sofa plus a large flat screen TV with cable, Smart TV and DVD player. We also try our best to keep it stocked with games, books and family friendly movies for our guests!

Location Features:
Indian Rocks is a quaint beach town with a casual sleepy beach town feel. The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy where you can grab seafood of any kind and a cocktail. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby.

Know before you go:
Check In: Is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 assigned parking spaces are available for 1 vehicles. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 1 - accessible by 2 flights of stairs or use private elevator to access level 1 above parking garage. Please note you must first climb 2 flights of stairs in order to check in and access the private elevator.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent
City Regulations/Noise: This property is in an area that enforces quiet hours and a good neighbor policy. All guests agree to abide by this policy upon booking including being respectful of quiet hours, adhering to the property's maximum occupancy at all times and not engaging in any illegal activity.
