Charming villa in Corralejo

Villa Orquidea are including towels, sheets, blankets, pillows and other bedding. In addition to a hair dryer. And there is also a high chair, a cot, bed sheets, blankets and pillow for baby.
Also the kitchen is fully equipped, as you can see in the photos, plus we also have Terrace, Barbecue, Solarium and private parking. The property has about 250 m2.
Also included is the INTERNET WI - FI. The house is rented accommodation only, NOT for parties, events or receptions. Urbanization is very quiet.
There is a supermarket 2 blocks from the house, and small restaurants within 2 street as well. The house is in the La Capellania and is 3 km from the center of Corralejo. It would be advisable that rent a car in Fuerteventura and buses run every hour and they can enjoy more of the island.
In Fuerteventura there are many beautiful beaches but are not close to each other, we have the house northeast of Great white sand beaches with 10 minutes drive from the house; southeast of the house are Natural Lakes Cotillo 12 min drive of the house; if you are fond of surfing, you can go to the beaches near Parque Holandes, are east, 15 minutes drive from the house.
There is a lot you can choose if you want to visit museums there "Museum of Salt", "The Museum of Cheese", "The House of the Colonels", "The Handicraft" etc.

Gran alojamiento y ubicacion

Mejor de lo que me esperaba. La vivienda estaba bien amueblada y limpia. Patio amplio para salir y disfrutar del buen clima. La ubicación personalmenteme encanto ya que en coche en pocos minutos llegas a los sitios de interes de la zona Norte. La zona residencial muy tranquila y supermercado a apenas 3 minutos caminando.

Angenehme Ferienunterkunft

Das Feriendomizil liegt ideal, um viele hübsche Dörfer, Strände und Corralejo im Nordteil der Insel zu besuchen. Das Haus isr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in der Küche finden sich alle Geräte. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Buen descanso con inconvenientes

Cuando llegamos a la villa estaba sucia, tuvo que venir alguien a limpiarla que amablemente lo hizo. Tardamos 45 min por fuera de la casa porque el propietario no respondía ni la propia pag. de vrgo nos envio el código para poder acceder a la casa. El jardín estaba descuidado y numerosas humedades en las paredes con algún enchufe colgando, me parece que a 75€ la noche podrían tener un poco mas en mejor estado la villa. En cuanto el descanso y la ubicación le doy un 10. Espero que este comentario sirva para que a los próximos inquilinos no les pase estos descuidos.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir waren Ende November 2019 mit 2 Personen für 4 Wochen in dem Haus . Es war genau so , wie auf den Bildern zu sehen . Die Küche war recht gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen in diversen Grössen , Pfannen , Geschirr , Besteck , Toaster , Kaffeemaschine (Kapselmaschine , es lag noch eine Tüte mit 10 Kapseln Kaffee dabei ) , reichlich Teebeutel, Herd mit Zeranfeld , Backofen , grosser Kühlschrank und grosse Waschmaschine ( 8kg ) Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern waren OK und frisch bezogen . Das ganze Haus macht einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck . Im Wohnzimmer gibt es diverse Sitzgelegenheiten , allerdings sinkt man , wenn man sich auf das Sofa setzt , so tief ein so dass man kaum wieder hochkommt . 2 Kissen sorgten hier für Abhilfe :-) Es gibt einen Esstisch , an dem allerdings nur 3 Stühle standen . Wir waren aber ohnehin den ganzen Tag draussen auf der Terrasse . Dort steht ein grosser , ausziehbarer Tisch mit 6 Stühlen. Eine Aussensteckdose gibt es auch , wichtig für den Toaster beim Frühstück oder auch den Laptop . Super : Die Terrasse ist überdacht und liegt , durch die Lage des Hauses , meistens im Windschatten . Das ist ein echter Vorteil , denn der Wind kann extrem unangenehm sein . Wir hatten mal den ein oder anderen Tag , an denen es ab und an mal kurze Regenschauer gab , da hat sich das Dach bewährt , weil wir draussen bleiben konnten . Im Garten gibt es noch 2 Liegen , und natürlich einen Grill , den wir recht oft benutzt haben . Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher mit reichlich Sendern , allerdings alle in Spanisch . Dafür ist die Internetverbindung echt Spitze . Deutsche Programme mit dem Laptop oder dem Tablett streamen ging völlig problemlos . Es gibt , vom Haus in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar , eine kleineren Supermarkt ( Superdino ). Der nächste grosse Supermarkt , Mercadona in Corallejo , ist mit dem Auto in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, es gibt auch einen privaten Stellplatz am Haus . Was noch besonders erwähnenswert ist , dass uns , weil wir 4 Wochen da waren , eine wöchentliche Reinigung sowie Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel angeboten wurde. Zusammengefasst waren wir mit dem Haus rundum zufrieden . Wir haben schon relativ oft ein Ferienhaus auf Fuerteventura gemietet , dieses hier gehört zu unseren Favoriten . Sollte es bei unserem nächsten Urlaub auf Fuerte verfügbar sein , werden wir es mit Sicherheit wieder mieten .

Conforme à la description, dans un quartier calme et facile d'accès. La maison est bien fournie et très propre, parfaite pour un séjour avec des enfants. Il y a même un ballon et des raquettes de beach tennis pour jouer sur la plage. Petit bémol la porte de la cuisine ne ferme plus, donc difficile de ne pas faire du bruit, notamment le matin

Exactly what we needed.

Stayed here for a few nights with my family. Property is very clean & exactly as advertised. Communication with owners was excellent. I would recommend that you have a car, although there is a bus service really close to the property that goes to Corralejo. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk. Recommended.

gute Lage, schönes Haus, Auto notwendig

Wir kennen La Capellania schon von vorherigen Besuchen, aber in diesem Haus waren wir zum ersten Mal. Schönes und innen gut ausgestattetes Haus welches allerdings an einer Hauptstrasse zum Kreisverkehr liegt (viel Autoverkehr). Uns hat das aber nicht so sehr gestört. Die Holzmöbel auf der Terrasse waren gut genauso wie der gemauerte Grill. Einzig die Kunststoffliegen sollten mal erneut werden (eine konnte man gar nicht mehr verstellen). Von dem ursprünglichen Garten wurde eine kleine Ecke mit einem Holzelement abgetrennt und dieser Gartenanteil gehört jetzt zu einem Appartment nebenan. Wenn dort Gäste sitzen hört und versteht man jedes Wort und es fühlt sich an als würde man sich einen Garten teilen. Man sieht sich gegenseitig nicht aber es geht schon sehr viel Privatsphäre verloren. Ansonsten können wir das Haus empfehlen; Ruben war über WhatsApp immer erreichbar und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert.

Perfecta estancia😍

Fuimos mi novio y yo unos días, y fue una lástima no poder estar más, por que la villa es encantadora, espaciosa, preciosa y mega bien ubicada. Puedes disfrutar de un dia de barbacoa, en la preciosa terraza o ir a las playas que prácticamente estan al lado de la villa. Sin mencionar lo encantadores que son los dueños. Esperamos repetir pronto.

Muy grata estancia en esta maravillosa villa, está perfectamente equipada, y la dueña es muy agradable, como decimos en Canarias un encanto. Una pena que mi estancia fuera tan corta porque es para pasar una semana maravillosa en un casa espectacular visitando la isla. Espero volver pronto.
