The cottage is located across the Gulf with a bay view, and is just a few miles from the quaint downtown of Port St. Joe. Enjoy shopping at the local boutiques and antique stores, and make sure to stop and eat lunch at one of the restaurants downtown. While the ladies shop, men can plan a fishing trip or stop at one of the restaurants to watch a game.

This cottage is large enough to accommodate large families. The house is a four bedroom and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Also, perfect for snowbirds: two of the master bedrooms are located on the first floor and have a private ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. plus, there are two additional bedrooms upstairs for extra guests / family members.

End your evenings at Lazy Lou on one of our two screened in porches. Both have cafe lights and plenty of seating.

Barefoot Cottages is a gated community located one mile from Windmark Beach. The Coastal Village has three pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse, a fitness center, and BBQ areas surrounded by natural areas and walking trails. Our cottage is located directly across the bay and has a gulf view from our screen porches. You will be able to enjoy stunning sunsets right from your private porch! It is only one mile to Windmark's Public Beach and Bike Trail.

*Lazy Lou is located in the most secluded part of the community, which allows you to enjoy quiet evenings on either of the two private screened porches.

*Located close to one of the three pools located in the complex. Enjoy two screened porches with new wicker furnishings. The upstairs porch has two wicker sofas, two chairs, and a coffee table - the coffee table is big enough for playing cards in the evening. The screen porches both have a bay view! The downstairs porch has a table with four benches, a sofa, and two chairs. Both porches have cafe lights to enjoy in the evening.

*The coastal inspired new furnishings encourages a family fun vacation. The downstairs has been freshly updated with new wood flooring and paint. The den has a 50 inch Ultra HD 4K TV, Wifi, Cable, and access to Netflix / Hulu. The den also has a sofa, loveseat, and a large comfy chair. We also have many board games, puzzles, and movies!

*The dining table seats six and the bar area seats an additional four people. It is open into the fully stocked kitchen. Our appliances include: Keuriq coffee maker, regular coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, etc.

*The downstairs has two Master Suites, both with King size beds and upgraded pillow-top mattresses. Both Master Bedrooms have private bathrooms and large walk-in closets. Both rooms have tv's with cable and access to Netflix / Hulu. The downstairs also has a powder room with a stacked washer and dryer.

*The upstairs has all new carpeting and upgraded linens. It includes an additional Master Suite with a private screened porch with a bay view. This master bedroom also has a king size bed with upgraded pillow-top mattress and private bath with a walk in shower. Also has a tv with cable and access to Netflix / Hulu.

*The fourth bedroom is also located upstairs and has a bunkbed with two full size mattresses. This room is ready for kids of all ages with a few board games, card games, cable, and access to Netflix / Hulu.

*Lazy Lou has plenty of amenities for lazy, rainy days at the cottage. The dining room table or coffee table is large enough to enjoy board games or puzzles and the kids can enjoy the bunkbed room with fun games.

*Lazy Lou also has plenty of amenities for sunny days at the gulf! All you have to bring is yourself and your swimsuit!
