This home features three spacious bedrooms, covered front porch, private fenced yard with outdoor living room, brand new furnishings and décor, two living spaces. Smart TVs in the main living room, upstairs lounge and one of the upstairs guest rooms. The private, fully fenced backyard and patio offer you the perfect place to hang out with family and friends. Tons of seating, dining table, new Weber grill and even a fire pit (fire wood is not provided). Feeling adventurous? We have 4 kayaks available for you to enjoy (you will need to figure out how to get them to the lake). This home is perfect for a family vacation, company retreat, girls getaway or a romantic weekend for two. Located minutes from everything. 5 ladies enjoyed the coffee bar, fireplace, 3 bathrooms and comfortable sleeping quarters.There was a 1 mile walk to the lake and the park is beautiful. A wonderful vacation!

This place is spectacular. It truly is a home away from home. We made a cross-country move and the house we were going to be living in was not ready. Nice Family Trip

It was our first time visiting family in Coeur d’Alene and this house made our visit absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful, even our family living on the lake said they wish they were staying there with us. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything it was such a great stay. 100% will be booking our next trip to Coeur d’Alene just to stay at this house again.

Why they chose this property

This home was custom built in 2017. It is full of charm and detail. The home is ideally located. It features a full covered front patio and private outdoor entertaining area with new natural gas BBQ. The master is on the main level with a large en suite bathroom and large walk in closet. Open concept features a cook's dream kitchen with a deluxe gas stove/oven, lots of counter space and well stocked with high end pots and pans. The living room has a comfy sectional with two leather chairs and a 60 inch TV with cable, Netflix, HULU and Amazon Prime with many new releases. There is also a 1/2 bath and laundry room on the main level. Upstairs features two bedrooms. One has two queen beds, TV and walk in closet and the other has one bunk bed with a single/full bed combo*, a TV lounge and another bath are also upstairs. *One additional twin mattress is available

Our home is thoughtfully decorated. All new furnishings and décor will help you to feel at home. We truly have thought of everything. The home is very well stocked!!
