ECO BEACH HOUSE 2 AT THE OCEAN BRAND NEW
Eco Beach House build in 2016 of Tropical Hardwood , Coral Stones and Concrete. Infinity Pool on the ocean and direct access to the water at snorkling- and dive spots. Up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, 3 bath rooms and 3 closets, all with airconditioning. Large living room with large kitchen island and kitchen with all amenities and great wind through design. ( Shutters and East- West to let wind go through)
High end fit out and design. 1100 ft2 of deck of which is 1/2 is covered for shade. Infinity pool on the deck at the ocean side.
Wooden steps going down to the beach and ocean. 4 steps to the ocean water with 465 sorts of fish, turtles, rays and sometimes dolphins passing by. See pictures. Pricing: there is a surcharge for December 20th-January 3rd . Ask owner the details.

This is a jewel in paradise. Closest to the ocean possible. Clear Esmeralda coloured waters going into darker blue where it gets deeper.
