KAS AVENTURA - OCEAN
This unique & beautiful oceanfront designer-villa with it's modern Deluxe Pickup truck is the perfect destination for your holiday. The modern house with fiberglas internet is located in the south of the island in „Belnem“ in the famous „Punt Vierkant“ area. This area is widely regarded to have the most luxury and beautiful oceanfront properties on Bonaire.
You can enjoy, the terrasse around the fantastic infinity pool next to the ocean on the ground floor, the large balcony with it’s lounge-furniture under a Gazebo made from palm leaves in front of the Master Bedroom on the first floor and the priceless 360* roof terrasse with it‘s sun protected chill area.
All choices offers you the best views of Bonaire. Views over the dazzling sea, Klein Bonaire, the bay of Kralendijk and the salt lakes and hills.
Have your dinner and a Glas of wine while watching the sunset. Iguanas, pelicans and flamingo’s are your daily attendants. The chances are pretty good you will even see a group of dolphins swimming by.
In the open living room, equipped with valuable artworks from 2 popular german Artists you can use a Music system with loudspeakers from Bower & Wilkinson to stream your own music.
The windows and shutters can be left open day and night to give the house this typical caribbean airy and light feeling. The spacious and full equipped kitchen, making the house feel even more open and light.
This exclusive villa has 4 bedrooms. 3 with it‘s own sinks, toilette and shower and 1 with two sinks. Guest toilette, outside shower and a big sink and storage for diving gear is also available.
To make your stay even more comfortable, the property care takers are available 7 days a week. The care takers will answer all your questions and meet all of your needs.

The house was just as pictured-quite spectacular. If you are a scuba diver, you will be close to some of the best dive sites. The owner and the agent, Caprice, that we interacted with were both so responsive and accommodating.One caveat-not really an appropriate villa for folks with mobility issues or for very small children. Otherwise, book it and enjoy!

If you’re thinking about renting this place, definitely do it! We stayed for a week and had zero complaints. Gorgeous spot, friendly and helpful hosts, great house, well supplied, and the truck was an excellent bonus. If you have toddlers who tend to wander off then maybe consider a different house (bc of the deck overlooking the ocean and concrete stairs inside), but for any other demographic it’s a no brainer. We will stay here again!

Wonderful island and house. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of room and very responsive property management. It has amenities for scuba diving equipment storage and cleaning as well. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property

The property was amazing; even better than the pictures. We saw flying flamingos and jumping dolphins right off the back deck and rushed home each evening from snorkeling to watch the sun set over the back deck. The property manager was terrific, meeting us at the airport and taking us to the property and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is as beautiful in person as it is in pictures.

If you’re thinking of staying here, do it. The snorkeling right off of the dock in the best we saw on the island, beautiful pool, beautiful view, and plenty of space for a family. We even hired a chef one night to cook for us. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful home that enhanced our trip

Not only was it a wonderful trip to a wonderful island, but having a beautiful home such as this one made the trip even better. My family and I enjoyed immensely the time we spent in the house, lounging in the many places to relax, and swimming in the pool, and snorkeling in the ocean. Having our own facilities to rinse our dive gear made each day even more convenient. And being able to watch the sunset each day from the comfort of the house made it even more special. A great place without a doubt!

Oceanside

Perfect location for us. We prioritize being close to the ocean during vacation. Staring into the blue water and listening to the waves is good for the soul. The pool deck actually overhangs the water. The pool is deep enough to swim and relax in, the house is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable with air conditioning in the bedrooms.

A little piece of paradise!

The house was outstanding and the hosts couldn’t have been more customer oriented. The house is new, had incredible views, great snorkeling and diving right from the private entry and all of the amenities you could ever think of. We have already recommended it to our friends! Unmatched beauty

The house is absolutely amazing. The best part by far is the deck and pool area that overlooks the ocean. The views from the deck are incredible and there is ladder access to the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in and there’s also an outdoor grill. The property manager, Dennis, was very helpful during our stay and made getting to and from the airport very easy.

Amazing home in Bonaire

This is a brand new property. Everything is amazing about the style and layout of the home. Gorgeous ocean views with the sounds of the waves make the view amazing. The pool is amazing as well. The property has 3 levels, and every level has amazing viewing locations. The owners are very energetic and approachable, and were available anytime you needed them. I hope to come back to Bonaire again, would love to stay at this property when that happens

Top spot

We stayed at Kas Aventura for 1 week with 2 families. We had a blast. I paddled on my sup up and down the coast (starting from the house) and couldn't spot a better place to stay. Both the owner and the contact person were very friendly. Check in and out were effortless and the villa was so relaxing that the holiday could only succeed. And it did. Our teenagers were snorkeling from the house day and night. Everybody enjoyed it. It's a priceless place to stay

Phenomenal

My husband and I stayed at this oceanfront paradise for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a phenomenal stay. The pool is gorgeous. There we so many nooks and crannies to curl up with a book and a drink. It was just the two of us but we commented many times about how we could be at the property with many more people and still have places to escape for quiet and relaxation. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. I loved the rain showers. Snorkeling right in front of the house is easy and amazing. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Bonaire.

Tropical secluded oasis

This was the most wonderful vacation that we have experienced in that we totally were able to relax; We did not make any plans and spent the week enjoying the beauty of Bonaire with the pool and the ocean at our beck and call! The reef is a ladder climb into the ocean from the pool deck, there is a grill, and all of the appliances are up to date. The truck is needed to get around to shops and restaurants but the house offers multiple hang out spaces so that you do not feel in any way cramped or closed in. We will be back.

„Stephan“ and his wife „Melanie“ went to school and grew up in GERMANY. With an age of 17 years Stephan startet his own still activ company before he studied business. After growing up the company over a lot of years he met Melanie and they decided to realize Stephan‘s lifetimedream - a worldsurrounding with a high sea catamaran. After 2 years sailing in the Mediterranean Sea they already had there first child „Fynn“ and the second boy „Leiff-Ocean“ was on the way as they crossed the Atlantik from Gran Canaria to St. Lucia. After cruising 3 years in the Caribbean Sea they felt in love with Bonaire. They lived another 1,5 years in front of Bonaire on the boat and started the new Projekt to build a modern styled waterfront villa. In between Leiff- Ocean and Fynn are going to school and they speak German, Dutch and Papiamentu and they just start speaking English.

If you have a big group or a big family with up to 16 people or more you can rent KAS Aventura-Ocean and KAS Alegria-Ocean together. In that case we can open a part of the dividing wall so that you have a common used outdoor area with two pools.
