Beautiful property in perfect location. In a typically authentic village with just enough going on - a few bars, restaurants, shop, bakery etc all within walking distance.We rented a car and had several day trips to the coast, nearby towns etc.Accomodation was perfect for my family of 6 with 3 double rooms, 3 bathrooms etc.Outdoor space was fabulous for relaxing, swimming, and outdoor dining.We all loved the basement area with the whirlpool and sauna too- an amazing addition. Perfect host, prompt communication, easy check in/out despite us being delayed at the airport and arriving really late.Thank you so much for a fabulous holiday

Delightful stay in a peaceful village

The property was amazing with a very relaxing garden, refreshing swimming pool and all the facilities we could ask for. The village itself had amazing history, a fantastic bakery and brilliant locals restaurant. Great for exploring nearby areas such as Otranto too.

Property is beautiful and just as shown in photos if not better, quality thought and attention to detail - based in authentic small town ten mins drive outside Otranto. Mrs Emmanuel and Flávio were just lovely and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay thank you ! - 5 star property one of the best we have stayed in

A Hidden Oasis near Otranto

The property is set in a quiet street, just a few steps from the heart of this small town. It's extremely peaceful. Once you're inside the courtyard, it's an oasis of calm. We really enjoyed the ability to sit in either the sun or the shade and to use the swimming pool to cool down in what was an unseasonably hot summer. The living area with the kitchen and large farmhouse table was excellent for us to eat at and sit around as a family.All the bedrooms are very spacious and the air conditioning was a godsend. The hosts, Flavio, Emanuela, and their daughter Francesca were excellent. They were very attentive without being overbearing in any way. When we had a slight problem with the air conditioner, Emanuela was there within ten minutes.The town is only a few minutes from the main motorway linking Maglie and Otranto. The beaches above Otranto are only a very short drive away, as are places like Castro Marina. We enjoyed a lovely evening in Lecce. We would love to go back to the property and to this part of Italy.
