The fisherman's suite was created by totally renovating the hobby room of a single-family villa. The owner's passion for the sea and fishing led to the development of this project.
We have taken care of every detail to make you breathe and live a totally "marine" environment. All finishes and furnishings are in theme and the furnishings are partly modern and others from dated naval recoveries.
Depending on weather conditions, the Fisherman's Suite can organize boat trips along the coast and fishing trips from land or boat.
The Fisherman's Suite is Eco-sustainable. Its electrical system is totally home automation, managed both from the classic command points and from a touch panel. It is powered by a 6 Kwp photovoltaic system. The sanitary water is heated by solar panels and the heating system is of the floor type. The burner hob is of the induction type.
In the garden of the structure there is an amateur breeding of Australian parrots, which can be visited for free, upon request.
