Fantastic location

The location is simply stunning with the beach right outside the gate. Stella, the very gracious owner, was very helpful and gave us valuable tips. Among other things, where we could park in Rome and where we should go. Everything worked perfectly. We have had two wonderful weeks and will be happy to come again.

Urlaub direkt am Strand

Die Lage des sehr geräumigen Ferienhauses ist einzigartig: die schöne und große Terrasse führt über die Dünen unmittelbar zum Strand, welcher in wenigen Sekunden zu Fuß über einen Weg zu erreichen ist. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen und wurden dabei sehr detailliert über das Haus und über die Gegend informiert, so daß wir uns bereits am ersten Urlaubstag absolut wohl fühlten.

Schönes Haus mit umkümmernden Vermieterin

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Alle Personen (5) haben genügend Platz gehabt. Alle Gegenstände des täglichen Bedarfs, ausreichend Geschirr und Gewürze waren vorhanden. Auch der Vorratsschrank war gefüllt und die darin befindlichen Sachen durften aufgebraucht werden. Zudem stellte die Vermieterin uns ein kulinarisches Willkommenspaket zusammen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und erklärt einen alles in Ruhe. Bei Fragen kann man sich auch immer an sie wenden - Vielen Dank Stella! Die Lage ist unfassbar! Direkt am Strand! Näher wäre nur noch im Wasser. Der nach Rom, Ostia oder Anzio fahrende Bus hält ca 300m entfernt an der Hauptstraße. Auch Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen jedenfalls gerne wieder! Alles in allem tolle Vermieterin und tolles Objekt!

Sehr schöne Lage am Strand.

Das Haus befindet sich direkt hinter einer kleinen Düne am Strand. Drei Gaststätten befinden sich in einer Entfernung zwischen 50 und 300 Meter Entfernung. Das Haus ist von der Eigentümerin gestaltet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Beschreibung entspricht dem Angebot. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei, der sich, da komplett eingezäunt, auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen kann. Sehr gut sind die zwei Außenduschen, eine sogar mit Warmwasser. Die Terrasse bietet sehr viel Platz, es gibt mehrere Liegemöglichkeiten mit entsprechender Beschattung. Ein Grill ist auch vorhanden. Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir eine ausführliche Einweisung von einer sehr liebenswerten Gastgeberin. Sogar der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken und Lebensmitteln gefüllt. Das Auto konnte auf dem Grundstück sicher geparkt werden.

Charming Italian Beach Villa - Killer Location!

After a week touring Rome, we had the most authentic Italian experience in a lovely 4 BR villa right on the Mediterranean Sea. Huge back patio. Two amazing beach clubs and restaurants within 50 Ft of the back patio of the house. Spectacular sunsets. Host, Stella and her daughter were so thoughtful! Bought us first nights dinner, several bottles of water, bottle of Prosecco for me and a Coca Cola for my 11 year old son. House fully outfitted with everything you could need. Told us how to work appliances. Gave us all kinds of recos for things to do, places to eat.

Einmal hin, alles drin!

Nach kurzer Absprache, wann wir dort sein werden, wurden wir auch schon herzlich erwartet. Die Übergabe des Hauses verlief perfekt. Uns wurde alles nötige gezeigt und erklärt. Für weiter Rückfragen stand man uns auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Selbstgemachte Lasagne und eine Flasche Prosecco standen für uns auch schon bereit. In dem Ort Lido dei Pini/Colle Romito gibt es alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Das geräumige und gemütlich eingerichtete Haus steht direkt am Strand. Einfach aus dem Haus raus, über eine kleine Sanddüne und schon war man am Strand. Beim gemütlichen Zusammensitzen durften wir auch die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge bestaunen. Es war ein wirkliche sehr schöner, erholsamer und ruhiger Urlaub. In diesem Sinne können wir es mit gutem Gewissen einfach nur Empfehlen. LG Familie Hauns aus Ettlingen.

Top Lage und eine super Vermieterin

Das Ferienhaus ist in bester Lage direkt am Strand, nur aus dem Garten über eine kleine Sanddüne und schon ist man am Strand. Der Check in war total unkompliziert. Wir wurden bereits erwartet und uns wurden die wichtigsten Dinge in und uns Haus erklärt. Für das Abendessen sowie für die ersten Getränke wurde von unserer Vermieterin auch gesorgt. Das Haus war für uns als 5-köpfige Familie groß genug, da alle ein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir die zwei Aussenduschen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch einmal Stella, die Vermieterin, die wirklich immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht, egal ob es um einen Ausflug nach Rom ging oder eine Frage das Haus betreffend. Casa bella grande con posizione eccezzionale

Bella grande casa con una posizione eccezzionale. Sigra. Bonelli gentilissima. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini. Spiaggia vicinissima. Zona tranquilla con poco rumore. Cucina un po piccola e po nei anni.

What a Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at Lido dei Pini in August, 2018. Since the very first contact with Stella, the owner of the villa we were pleasantly surprised with her kindness, openness and transparency(not a very usual with property & hotels owners)Before we even arrived we had a full information on villa and every single detail you can think of might need during your holiday. Stella even shared a videos to show what is the house inside, outside, how's the beach, as I said all transparent and no "hidden" surprises. At our arrival we were greeted with basket full of fresh fruit and vegetables but also fridges were supplied with water , wines...whatever you need to recover from long trip and set yourself to holiday mood. House is great, not a luxurious but cosy...very relaxed. Nights were icely fresh so no need for A/C, old fashioned fans did their job just perfectly. Villa has all you need to enjoy relaxed stay , beach is 30m away...but you don;t need to stay at the beach as you walk back to the privacy of your own garden equipped with sun beds, showers and umbrellas.Once you get there, do not forget to regularly feed the local cat, it's an adorable creature. Great holiday, Thank you Stella!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Vorab ein großes Dankeschön an die sehr nette Vermieterin Stella, die uns durch ihre zahlreichen Tips einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Italien ermöglicht hat. Das Haus war sehr zweckmässig und gut eingerichtet, Internetanschluss war vorhanden und hat gut funktioniert. Durch den direkten Zugang vom Strand auf die Terasse mit eingezäuntem Garten perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und jeden Tag genossen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

casa perfetto con noleggio perfetta

Siamo svizzeri, quindi il nostro italiano non è perfetto ... Siamo stati 3 volte in calypso. E andremo ogni anno di nuovo il più a lungo possibile! Location perfetta, casa perfetta, tutto era pulito e migliore padrone di casa là fuori! Ospitalità, aiuto e consigli era di prima classe assoluta. Vi aspettiamo per la nostra prossima vacanza in calypso. Per inciso: I nostri cani ai proprietari sono sempre i benvenuti... Mille, mille grazie e a posto, Stella!!!

Ferien wie im Paradies!!!

Kaum zu glauben - aber wahr! Das Haus Calypso2 liegt nicht nur direkt am Strand wie im Paradies - es ist zudem absolut sauber und sehr zweckmässig und schön eingerichtet. Man wird als Gast herzlich willkommen geheissen, erhält zudem nötige Infos von der Besitzerin (wenn gewünscht). Das Meer liegt wirklich direkt 50m vor dem Haus - nur die Dünen und der Sandstrand liegen dazwischen... Wir fuhren mit dem eigenen PW zudem mehrmals nach Rom - Verkehr italienisch aber gut machbar, Parkplatz ebenfalls kein Problem - Parkhäuser benutzen. Wir konnten einen 14-tägigen wunderschönen, angenehm-erholsamen und unvergesslichen Urlaub im Calypso2 geniessen!!! Wir werden ganz sicher zurückkehren - und wenn möglich sicher ins Calypso2!!!

"Believe it or not, this lovely home is actually directly on the beach, directly from the property you access the fine wide sandy beach which is safe for children. The house is spacious and friendly, more than fully equipped, and with lovely sun terraces on both sides with nice garden borders. Ample parking inside the property. The location is next to beach restaurants and a camping site providing some services (e.g. internet). More restaurants in the village, a bus stop not far away on the main road, and a train station a 10 minute drive away. Less than one hour drive from Rome. But above all these qualities, the best feature of this house is the owner Mrs Bonelli who is extremely friendly and helpful, keen to make your stay perfect in all respects."

"Casa BELLISSIMA, tenuta benissimo, curata e multi accessoriata, ben organizzata sia negli spazi interni che esterni, pulita e ha suèperato tutte le nostre più rosee aspettative in tutto e per tutto. La villetta è vicinissima al mare, il giradino è spaziosissimo, comodo e anch''esso ben accessoriato..perfetto per i bambini. Inoltre la location risulta estremamente confortevole e silenziosa. Solo nel fine settimana gli stabilimenti fanno musica in serata. Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie, con bimbi dai 2 ai 10 anni e ci siamo trovati molto bene, anche per la cortesia e disponibilità della signora Stella. Abbiamo ricevuto un''accoglienza ottimale, con un kit di benvenuto con cibarie, acqua e vino...meglio di così!!! Unica "pecca": presenza di una sola doccia calda..si consiglia predisposizione doccia calda esterna"

"Voici une maison de vacance très agréable située au bord d’une belle plage de sable. L’accueil de Mme. B. y est amical et de très bonne qualité. L’endroit est spacieux et bien pensé (belle terrasse, nombreux parasols, douches extérieures, petit emplacement où j''ai pu abriter mes 3 vélos…). Il reste en outre relativement calme malgré la proximité de la plage. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !"

"Una situazione davvero u...

"Una situazione davvero unica: apri gli occhi, scendi dal letto e sei praticamente sulla spiaggia, anzi sulle dune fiorite! Chilometri di spiaggia per passeggiare, mare a pochi metri. E, pur essendo in una specie di oasi, a 700-800 metri attività commerciali di ogni genere a disposizione. La villa dispone di ben due barbecue esterni e di posto auto per due vetture anche grandi. C''è la doccia esterna, subito vicino al cancelletto che porta alla spiaggia. Gli ambienti sono ampi e ben attrezzati ed anche lo spazio esterno è perfettamente fruibile. Un''esperienza sicuramente da ripetere! Anche perchè Stella è una perfetta padrona di casa ed un''eccellente ed entusiata guida turistica! Grazie."
