The villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (2 are en-suite), fully equipped clean open granite-countered kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate dining area that seats 8, living room with high vaulted ceilings, laundry, free wifi, private pool , outdoor shower and abundance of outdoor area for all to enjoy.
The villa is a private single family residence with the master suite on the 2nd level, other bedrooms on the 1st level. All rooms offer new AC units. Large open space for all to enjoy. After many years of staying at hotels and renting other homes we felt it was time to purchase a home for our family. There was no other island that could compare! When we saw this house and realized how close it is to the beaches, we were SOLD! Boca Catalina and tres Trapi was only a 2 minute walk ... We would be able to grab our towels and go! Aruba is special to our whole family - even our daughter chose to get married in Aruba! We hope you love it as much as we do! Bon- Bini, Bienvenido, Welcome to Aruba!
