OCEAN FRONT-SUNSETS-PRIVATE POOL 2 or 3 bedrooms

Rent as a 2 or a 3 bedroom house.
Parties of up to 4 guests have the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful property, without having to pay for an extra bedroom if not needed. 3rd bedroom will be locked and not available for a separate booking. For 4 guests rental, the 3rd bedroom may be requested, for an additional fee.
Parties of 5 to 8 guests will automatically have the 3rd bedroom included in their booking.
Up to 8 guests allowed
Whole property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a separate office/room space.
The base price listed is for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (up to 4 guests).
The 2 bedrooms booking option has preset rooms. An upgrade from bedroom #2 to the suite is possible for an additional fee, and must be requested.
For parties of 5 to 8 guests, there is an additional $60 fee per night per person. The 3rd bedroom and bathroom will then be included.
Imagine having your breakfast or dinner while enjoying a spectacular ocean view. You can watch the amazing sunsets right from your dining table.
Private pool in the backyard.
The front porch is the perfect play area for small children. It is completely fenced in, allowing the adults to enjoy the ocean view while watching the kids. The beach is a walking distance from the property. Enjoy spectacular underwater sceneries by snorkeling or diving right in front of the house.

Amazing Property

We absolutely loved this house! Marcie was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The house was immaculate and very well equipped with everything you need and more. The location was also amazing. Close to many local restaurants and the beautiful Mangel Halto.

Great location away from the touristy spots!

Really enjoyed the location and proximity to great snorkeling. Pool is great and house was so comfortable. Owner very responsive and great to work with. Great restaurants (La Tavola) nearby and a much more local experience. Also close to the airport and 25 minutes drive to the west beaches.

Wonderful Stay in Aruba!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was stunning, spotless, spacious and equipped with all the amenities you could want. Beautiful sunsets, views of the ocean and access to swimming and the beach. Many stores and restaurants close by. We really appreciated Marcia's accessibility, communication and hospitality. Perfect spot for a memorable family getaway! We look forward to returning soon.

Well maintained and spacious as well as nice decor. This property is walking distance to great snorkeling.....the water is right across the street! Great location if you are looking for a quite stay with stunning sunsets.

Friends trip to Aruba

We found this VRBO online. It looks exactly as in the pictures. Marcia was wonderful to work with. And the view is amazing. (every morning coffee time on the front deck) Highly recommend this gem.

Awesome Vacation Home!

This home was a wonderful place to stay with our family. Everyone had plenty of space to relax. The pool was so great for our 18 month old granddaughter to play in the shallow end. She loved it! We were able to enjoy making a few meals at home as well as walk to local restaurants. The view of the ocean from the front patio was amazing and we were able to swim and snorkel right out front.

Just Beautiful

Once again, Marcia’s home did not disappoint. The home is fully stocked, plenty of room both inside and out, a view to die for, clean, and her responsiveness is second to none. After coming to Aruba for over 30 years, there is no other place that we would stay at. Marcia continues to upgrade the home, adding shade by the pool area as well as others. Marcia has renters for life with us!

Wonderful property with beautiful views

The description of this property doesn't do it a justice. First, it's very big, with some additional rooms like the office, and with great roof area. Second, it has absolutely amazing views from front rooms, with beautiful turquoise water just 20 meters from the house. Finally, hostess was very responsive, answered all our questions, and what is absolutely amazing, helped us to find emergency doctor when our 4 year old got ear problem. Thank you marcia, we had a great stay

Paradise in Paradise

This house far exceeded our expectations and we had pretty high expectations just based on the pics from VRBO. The house was much larger than it seems in the pics, great size bedrooms and bathrooms, and the living area and kitchen are fantastic. There are like 3 living room areas! Backyard and pool area were 10/10. Wifi worked great. Views from the house were amazing. House location was perfect. I would highly recommend you get a car if you stay here. We appreciated that it was out of the tourist area and was kind of located in the middle of the island. I am sure we could have entertained ourselves without a car, but it was so nice to hop in the car and within 15-20 min (depending on traffic) you could be nearly anywhere on the island. Not to mention the fact that the water was just across the street (which looks like a big street in the pic, but is a low key residential street). House was stock with appliances and kitchen essentials. Even had beach gear which was amazing since it is obviously hard to travel with a beach chair! I could go on and on. Oh, and host was fantastic with communications. Check out procedures were short and easy. Just book it!

Awesome with a capital A

What an awesome place, location, and sunset views! The snorkeling across the road in front of the house is worthy and if you swim out to the dock on the island, the snorkeling is even better. We left a couple of life jackets at the place and they have 2 sets of masks and fins at the house. Also, there's one of the best restaurants I've experienced called la tavola within walking distance but you must have a reservation. You have to eat there, it's a must do, trust me. The flying fishbone and the marina restaurant close by are also worthy. The hostess was also very quick to respond to any and recommendations and the house is very spacious with a nice pool area. If you're the type of person who wants to skip the resort bs and experience the local culture then this is the place for you. We rented our vehicles from more 4 less and the experience was flawless.

Fabulous home and wonderful experience

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup for my family! The house is big and beautiful, and even better than the description. Marcia was extremely communicative and wonderful to work with. Also, very important to me was the safety of my small children, and the door to the pool has a lock with a key so we could keep it locked with the key removed, giving us big peace of mind. The office room was a nice surprise, about baby could sleep in there in the pack and play provided. Marcia thought of everything; coolers, toys, life vests, chairs and more! Even a bathroom scale so I could double check the weight of my luggage before leaving. If I return to Aruba, I would definitely stay here, but for even longer!

Great location and fantastic property, with a wonderful host.

We loved this house, the location, the spaces (indoor and outdoor), and the amenities! Marcia has thought of everything in this house. The kitchen is well stocked, the pool area is so relaxing, and the front yard is awesome to watch the sunset! This end of the island is fantastic for visiting less commercialized beaches, and a laid back vacation. Mangel Halto was great for snorkeling. We visited Baby Beach, and ate ate at Flying Fishbone. All were super convienent to this house. But to make it better we were able to take chairs and floats that were provided by Marcia and in the house. The AC worked well, and we all stayed comfortable, the large appliances in the kitchen allowed us to cook and have food with us, we shopped at Rey Hing. We enjoyed the layout for lounging, and for family games at night. This was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return! Thanks so much!

Beautiful home, super host, but be aware

The house was beautiful and spacious with many amenities. Our host was always available but not intrusive…everything you want in a home away from home. Two different items you need to be aware of however. 1 ) Except for the showers, there is no other hot water. Not in the sinks and not in the kitchen for washing out dishes. (No dishwasher) Cold shaves and less than sterile glasses are weird. 2) The bedrooms are air conditioned but the large living area where you will spend the most time is not. Little warm at times. Once you learn to live with these two items, the house is great.

A True Oasis

Marcia graciously rented to my family. This location was perfection. Right across from Mangel Halto where there are plenty of entrances into the turquoise water. This location is very close to a couple of outstanding restaurants Marina Pirata and La Tavola (highly recommend). We rented a jeep and were minutes away from Baby Beach, Arikok Park, and many other fun places to see. This house has everything to make your vacation relaxing. Beach chairs, cooler, water toys, and a fully stock kitchen with everything you may need to cook. The pool was a relaxing way to end your day or evening. We do love that Marcia has partnered with Nine Lives Rescue center so it was fun meeting Papo the outdoor cat who loves snuggles and any left over fish. We highly recommend this place to stay and will be back! The communication with Marcia was easy and she was very quick to respond. You will not be disappointed. I also recommend Kulture Cafe in San Nicolas (5 minute drive) for breakfast and visiting the art murals. This location is close to all tourist attractions but also a way to live like an Aruban and away from the tourist area. The beds were also amazing and we slept harder than we had in a long time. A truly relaxing vacation and wonderful place to explore.

Ocean front with ZERO crowds. Incredible Stay! You will love this rental!

The reviews don’t do this place justice, it was an amazing experience. This is an ocean front house! The house has plenty of room, lots of available privacy, a fenced yard, an inground pool and a rooftop deck perfect for watching the sunrise. We traveled with our three sons, (17, 16 & 14). There are 4 bedrooms with 6 beds (+ a pullout) and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and has an unobstructed ocean view, which made dining a pleasure. The ocean is directly across the street from the house. You are literally 20 yards from dipping your toes in the ocean. This is NOT a touristy location, which makes it very appealing because there are no crowds, like none. While the ocean is directly across the street, the bottom is not smooth sand so be sure to bring rubber bottomed water shoes. There is a sandy beach about two blocks from the house (Mangel Halto Beach) that NEVER had more than 10-15 people visiting. There were several times we were the only ones in the ocean. The snorkeling in the area was phenomenal and there was lots of equipment Marcia keeps at the house. Marcia was able to connect us with a rental car we used for two of the nine days we were there (highly recommend it). Two blocks from the house is hands down the best dining experience I’ve ever had, La Tavola. We ended up eating there 5 times (4 times for breakfast). The DePalm Island ferry is 1 mile from the house, we walked, and it was super easy. We loved the stay and will definitely be back.

I was born in the USA, but moved to Aruba with my family when I was 9 months old. So basically I grew up in Aruba.
I enjoyed the beautiful beaches and kind people throughout my youth. I currently live in Florida, but enjoy going back home often.
I love animals, especially cats. I actively try to help as many of the beautiful creatures as I can.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property in 2018, and have been renovating it slowly since then. During covid, we tried to be as creative as possible and did alot of the work ourselves. I take pride in saying, that I built the beds and dining table myself. Many of the lights and wall fixtures were also created by us.
This is our home away from home. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do
