Unit Layout
The semi-detached chalet has a total living area of 75 square meters spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, satellite TV, and a CD player. This room opens out to a terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate toilet on this level. Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase, you will find one room with a double bed that leads out to a balcony, and another room with two beds and a pull-out bed. There is also a shower and toilet on the upper floor.
