May1-Dec.31, 2026 Gated community in Central Florida available at a great rate!

Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath home is conveniently located in the Plantation of Leesburg. The home is located within walking distance of The Manor where you can swim, play tennis, pickle ball, softball or batting cage, fish from the pier or ponds and so much more.
The home is nicely decorated with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glassware, cutlery, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and the fridge has an ice and water machine
The master bedroom has an ensuite with a walk- in shower as well as a walk-in closet. The spare room has 2 twin beds, large closet and a separate full bathroom right beside it. Both bedrooms have NEW laminate floors installed in January 2025.
Our screened lanai is shaded by beautiful, huge oak trees keeping it cool for evening lounging. The yard is fenced with a grill at the side of the home beside the convenient sliding door.
Our price includes utilities. Therefore, hydro, water, high speed wifi and HOA fees which allow you to use all facilities.
FYI, The HOA charges a $50 lease/application fee as well as a $5 bar code sticker fee for your vehicle which can be paid at the HOA office (beside the Manor) upon your arrival.

Nice home in a 55+ community.

The home is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean when I first took possession. The Plantation charged me 2 months HOA fee because I was there for 5 weeks. The homeowner actually did me a big favor and upgraded the cable tv so I could get my subchannels that I am used to at home. The home is fully equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay. The lanai was very nice. The backyard is heavily wooded and fenced. The wildlife was great to observe. Thanks to the homeowner for the TV upgrade. It was a real pleasure to feel as though I were home.

Fully enjoyed our stay. Home is very well equipped, comfortable and convenient location within the Plantation village, for site seeing and shopping. Very friendly neighborhood and owners were helpful when required.

We have loved central Florida for many years because of it's freshwater fishing opportunities but we also find that it is not as busy as other parts of Florida. We are snowbirds and getting away from the hustle and bustle as well as the cold weather is what it is all about for us.

Why they chose this property

The Plantation offers limitless opportunities for fun, games and activities but our property is so quiet that you can also "just get away from it all". We purchased this property not only for ourselves but for family, friends and other like minded people that want to experience the Florida lifestyle but at a reasonable cost.

What makes this property unique

There are so many reasons we love our property. The fenced yard gives us the privacy we like and the huge trees provide a ton of shade to keep the home cooler in the summer months. We also love the size and convenience of our home. We didn't want something so large and cluttered that when we arrived, we would always be working or just needed a nice, simple place to get away that also has all the conveniences of home.
