Always very nice

We had some trouble with the thermostat being consistent. No towels when we got there. Had to call for them. Needed more blankets due to the fact that the thermostat was not consistent. They did not leave the blankets when we were not there. Had to call again the next day. Ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex, but delivered when we called. Very nice resort, pools are great. Lazy river always super cold. The lake was warm. They were painting outside our door for a few days. Keeping up on the maintenance.

Graduation Trip

We took our son here to celebrate his high school graduation. We all loved our trip. The property is beautiful and there are activities for all age groups. We are already planning to come back next year.

We love Wilderness Club and Big Cedar

The one bedroom Condo was really nice - it continues to fit our ever growing family - now of five(w baby). We've stayed for many years thru our parents' timeshare so it was great to access this unit thru HomeAway!
