Beach Block Condo 200 steps to beach!!

Newly furnished, comfy beach condo. Very close walk to the beach. Outdoor shower and 1 parking spot. Located on a quiet street surrounded by low rise condos. 2 decks that are great for coffee or happy hour! Located right in the middle of town so easy to get anywhere in OC.

Washer/dryer located in unit,

Guests must bring towels and bed sheets. There are blankets and pillows available to use. Guests must also bring beach chairs.

Master bedroom has a queen bed.
Second bedroom has a full bed.
Third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
One coach pulls out to a full bed.
2 bathrooms with showers, no bath tubs.

Sorry no pets or pool. There is a nice outdoor shower located on the side of the building that all guests are welcome to use.

It is very convenient and is in walking distance to several midtown shops and restaurants. Very close to BJ's, Ropewalk, and the bowling alley! Lots of other great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Short car ride to the boardwalk, northside park, plenty of putt putt golf, and lots of other fun activities. There is a medical center located on the same block as well.

There is one parking spot in the back. There is free parking on the street as well but that can fill up during the summer season.

Great spot!

Great condo! Perfectly located on the beach. Owner was super accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Definitely would stay again! The room has everything you could possible need for a great beach stay!

Blended family vacation

Very cute, clean condo that is close to the beach and walking distance to a lot of activities, restaurants and convenience stores. Would stay here again if/when we do another beach vacation.

Great Getaway!

Awesome place. The condo was clean, well decorated and was stocked with essentials in kitchen and bath. Great being close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We would would definitely stay there again.

Easy beach access & hassle free stay

I rented this space for a vacation with my 2 young children. The location was ideal for easy access to the beach and trips back to the condo for snacks/potty breaks. The space was large enough to host another friend for a few nights in their own room as well. We had everything needed to cook dinners in a few nights, and keep our mess to minimum using the handy cordless vacuum. I contacted the owner a few times directly and she was responsive and courteous. Neighbors were pleasant. Overall a very nice stay.

Very happy with our stay!

We were happy with the location of the property...just steps from the beach! We have a family of five and it was plenty of room for us. The boys (ages 6 and 10) shared the room with the twin beds and the 13 year old had her own room with the full-sized bed. The master bedroom was perfect for us especially because it has its own bathroom. Lovely front and back decks. Kitchen was well-stocked with whatever you need for cooking. Location of property was within walking distance to a few restaurants...otherwise it’s just a short drive to all OC hangouts!

Convient to the beach

Close to the beach but far enough away so the grandkids wouldn't go off by themselves. A little smaller than the photos show but still comfortable enough for us. Liked the quiet of being away from the boardwalk,, the beach was not crowded. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great Ocean City Condo

The condo is in a great location, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would come back! It is a great location for families. You can leave the condo and be on the beach in minutes.

Rita was a great host and accommodating. Her home was absolutely lovely and was just prefect for the family. The beach was very close to the condo and neighbors were friendly! The beach down the street was family oriented which was nice. The grocery store was close, great location! I would return to stay again!
