Seconds from the beach! Park your car and walk everywhere, no need to drive! Located across the street from Pickles Pub and PIZZA! Walk two blocks and your on the boardwalk at the beach. Walk one block the other direction and your at the bay ready to fish.

Condo has a large living room with a sectional sofa with pull out bed and a recliner for ample seating to watch TV. Small bathroom off of living room with shower.

Condo was ready before check in and owner allowed us to check in early. Great location. Pool was cold but that was a good thing. I’ve been to a lot of beach houses and pool water is 85 degrees. Clean unit. Great parking. Free street parking for extra vehicles. Easy in and easy out. Would rent again.

I highly recommend this location if you are staying with some friends and want to have easy access to all that OC has to offer. It was a little loud some nights, but not terrible. The host was super responsive and available for anything we needed.

Warm and attentive

There was a hiccup in the check-in process by no fault of the host, but she responded to my concerns immediately and was extremely flexible to make sure we were comfortable for the duration of our stay. Even the onsite security person stepped in to help rectify the unexpected situation. The condo was cute, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our time at the beach. It was in a good location to be able to walk to everything (beach, dinner, boardwalk), but still outside of the craziness of the boardwalk drama. We will definitely look for this spot to be available again. Thank you!!

When my group arrived, the place was dirty. There was food and accessories left out and dust all over the floors. The house claims to fit 8 but is 6 at best. Location is good, but that’s it. Not worth the price. Also, mattresses are quite uncomfortable.

Staying here for our beach vacation was perfect. The condo itself is very nice. We were very pleased. The laundry mat is right there, the pool is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. We will stay here again in the future. It is a little walk to the board walk but it wasn’t far at all.

It’s a very good place with a very good location. Close to the bay to watch sunsets and also an easy walk to the beach. The place was very nice and was very clean when we got there. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud at times, and we had a little bit of trouble with the code lock on the door, but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Great location and nice little stay

This is a great location and it was nice. There were a few things that made me rate lower. First you can hear anything and everything. We heard the neighbors all night just having regular conversation, not yelling ect. Which meant you could hear everything outside too. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on ply wood. If you are coming just to go to the beach and relax this really is a great little place minus those 2 issues.the pool was a nice for the kids and there is a really great park a fee blocks down.
