MAIN DESCRIPTION
Caletta 10 is an apartment with independent entrance, two bedrooms and a bathroom for a total of 4 beds. From its terrace you can enjoy views of the Gulf of Cugnana and the marina of La Caletta.. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, TV, washing machine. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and tennis court, the apartment has a reserved parking space. The nearest rocky beach is located within the La Caletta complex and is 80 meters away, reachable on foot via a road inside the complex.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Caletta 10 develops on one floor: the entrance leads to the living room and to the small kitchenette equipped with burners, fridge / freezer; the living area has a corner and a dining table, which can be used as a work station for a PC; a sliding window opens the access to the covered veranda with table, sea view on the Gulf of Cugnana and on the surrounding vegetation; then from the living room there is a corridor leading to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; the bathroom has a shower. Near the entrance there is a cane with a reserved covered parking space. Access to the swimming pool and tennis court is reserved for guests of the La Caletta complex only. POOL 2021 OPENING - mid June to mid September.

DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Caletta 10 is part of the well-kept residential complex called "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo", immersed in 100,000 square meters of Mediterranean scrub with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs in the area: secular juniper, olive trees, cysts, myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, in front of Portisco, and is composed of several small real estate bodies distant from each other in order to create a peaceful and secluded environment. The whole area slopes towards the sea which is accessed through a little long and shallow beach, Ira Beach is about 3 km from here.
The residence has parking lots covered with Sardinian cane (one for accommodation) and parking spaces for guests. Just before the entrance there is the popular restaurant "Stella di Gallura", a popular destination in the summer.
At about 3.5 km, about five minutes by car, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants and known for its nightlife; here you can stroll along the quaint little harbor where yachts of all sizes moor. Numerous restaurants are all nearby and within walking distance: Lu Stazzu (1200m), I Valentini (1500m), Locanda Rudalza (1400m). The nearest bus stop is on Via Monte Ladu (V.M.Ladu stop on I.Piumica) and is 700 meters from the house. The Olbia Costa Smeralda airport can be reached at a distance of 16 km.
