Beautiful terraced house with pool, terrace and sea view

Our beautiful vacation home is close to the sea. The beautiful beach Lu Impostu is only one kilometer from the house. But pool personalities are not neglected either, because the property also includes a community pool that is accessible via the garden and an outdoor shower.
In the garden there is also a fireplace grill for relaxing barbecues under the Sardinian starry sky.
The house consists of two bedrooms, a master bedroom with access to the spacious balcony and a room with two single beds, which can also be put together to form a double bed. There is also a bathroom with its own shower on both floors.
The decor is - in keeping with the building - in a modern country style. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The house is equipped with air conditioning, which can be regulated individually for each room.
The kitchen is also appropriately equipped - just as it should be for Italy.
In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket for quick shopping, two coffee bars and a pizzeria.
The villa is ideal for couples and families with children.
Cars can be parked in the private parking space in front of the house.

A lovely house in a great location. Communication before we arrived was great, so we knew exactly who to contact on the day to get the keys, and Anna was flexible and let us in a little early. The house has everything you need. The air-conditioning works very well, the showers are good, and the beds are comfortable. From the house you can get to many beautiful beaches in less than 15 mins drive. Many thanks for letting us borrow the beach umbrellas.

Toller Aufenthalt auf Sardinien

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind mit der Fähre angereist und durften früher einchecken und auch länger bleiben, das war natürlich sehr komfortabel. Es war alles da. Sehr gute Aufteilung. Gerade die 2 Bäder/Toiletten haben wir zu viert sehr geschätzt..Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit Andreas und Anna. Waren immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar.Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Tolles Haus in einer ausgezeichneten Lage

Wir haben sehr entspannte Tage im Haus von Andreas verbracht. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Da wir nach Sardinien geflogen sind, ist es wirklich klasse, dass zur Ausstattung auch div. Strandsachen, wie ein Strandschirm, ein Beachballset und sogar Kühltaschen, zur Verfügung stehen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorhinein zum Vermieter, der alle wichtigen Infos mitteilte. Hausverwalterin vor Ort war stets erreichbar. Haus war sehr sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Perfekt wären noch Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern hatten genug Platz im Haus und alles war vorhanden. Schöne, aber im August sehr volle Strände in direkter Nähe. Am Pool darf kein Ball gespielt und auf Hinweis des Nachbarn nicht gesprungen werden und er war außerdem leider voll mit Wespen. Ansonsten ist er aber für eine kurze kühle Erfrischung perfekt. Kleiner Supermarkt mit leckerem Brot und Wurst direkt um die Ecke. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort.

Das Haus hat alles, was man sich bei einem Ferienhaus wünscht: einen freundlichen, jeder Zeit erreichbaren Eigentümer, eine sehr nette Verwalterin, Komfort und Gemütlichkeit, Nähe zum tollen Strand la Cinta und einem Supermarkt, der wirklich alles hat, vom tollen Schinken über sehr guten Wein bis zum sehr freundlichen Chef und den aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern. Das war ein toller Urlaub!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus ist Klasse. Es ist gut eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Terrasse mit dem Garten sind top. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche und im Haus selbst ist sehr gut. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die gute Unterkunft. Der Minisupermarkt ist 150 m entfernt und hat morgens auch frische Brötchen und eine Frischetheke. Das Café neben dem Supermarkt hat guten Espresso und leckere Croissants. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto keine 3 Minuten. Das Haus ist in einem ruhigen Ort gelegen, jedoch taktisch gut, wenn es um Ausflüge in umliegende Orte geht. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre jedoch das Nachrüsten von Mückengittern im Haus.

Kann man nur empfehlen

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Unterkunft/ Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was einen Aufenthalt komfortabel macht. (Von der Kühltasche für den Strand über kleine Transportboxen bis zu Sonnenschirmen war alles da.) Der Pool war eine willkommene Abkühlung und in der näheren Umgebung sind wirklich schöne Strände. Wir können es nur empfehlen und würden gern wiederkommen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist so wie beschrieben sowie sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet mit den Annehmlichkeiten einer Klimaanlage im Wohn-/Küchenbereich sowie den beiden Schlafzimmern. In der Küche ist alles wichtige für 4 Personen ausreichend verhanden gewesen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. Die Übergabe hat problemlos funktioniert, obwohl wir erst nachts ankamen. Die Terasse mit Blick in den Garten - sehr schön! Die Kinder fanden den Pool toll, welchen man von 8.00 bis 22.00 Uhr benutzen konnte. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Minimarkt, wo man alle Artikel des täglichen Bedarfs bekommt, auch frischen Käse, Wurst und Backwaren. Toll it auch die Nähe zu vielen Stränden (z.b. Lu Impostu - 4 min mit dem Auto). Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und konnten von hier aus auch viele Ausflüge unternehmen (Insel Tavolara, Cala Luna, usw.) ein lieber Hinweis: Mückengitter wären toll.

Sehr gepflegtes, tolles Ferienhaus

wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden und es war alles da, was wir während des Urlaubs benötigten: Sonnenschirm, Kühltasche, Grill im Aussenbereich, ..... Eine sehr schöne Anlage, die auch von Gärtnern gepflegt wird. Kurzum, wir haben das Haus sehr genossen, und auch das Frühstück in der Tabbacheria gegenüber sowie den flach abfallenden Strand „La Impostu“ mit smaragdgrünem Wasser. La dolce vita....

Schönes, kleines Haus

Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub brauch. Es ist ruhig gelegen und die schönsten Strände sind in direkter Umgebung. Wir waren super betreut. Als der Strom an der Küchenzeile weg war, wurde das Problem umgehend behoben.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und Fragen wurden direkt beantwortet. Auch die Schlüsseluebergabe vor Ort lief reibungslos. Das Haus ist in einer gepflegten und hübschen kleinen Anlage in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage. In wenigen Schritten erreicht man einen gut sortierten Minimarkt, Café und 2 Restaurants. Auch viele schöne Buchten erreicht man schnell mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst. In dem schlichten aber gepflegtem Pool, konnte wir uns nach tollen Inseltouren abkühlen.

Excellent property with great amenities!

Andreas is an excellent host. He was always very helpful and responded really quickly to any questions that I had. He also kindly arranged door to door transport to and from Olbia airport (only 30 mins in the car). This house is great and has everything that you need for a family holiday. It's very clean, very well kept and has all the facilities you need and more! It's just across the road from the supermarket, cafe and bar and only a short walk / beach bus ride to some beautiful beaches. They have parasols / beach mats / buckets and spades / balls to use at the beach and if you want to take it a bit easier, there's a communal pool to take a dip in which was never busy. On a broader note Sardinia is beautiful and the people were very friendly and family orientated, so it was never an issue to take children to a restaurant or bar. If you wanted to see more of the island I think you would need a car but there's more than enough close by to keep you busy and interested. Thanks Andreas for a wonderful holiday home!

Absolutely perfect!

It is hard to find fault with this holiday rental. Andreas, the owner, is incredibly efficient and helpful initially and the house itself is perfect. Everything you could wish for in a holiday home in terms of decor and facilities. Location is perfect for some fantastic beaches. We travelled with two small children and found it very family friendly. There are a couple of places to eat nearby and a supermarket that’s includes a lovely bakery. We spent time at all the local beaches and found nearby San Teorado perfect for the evenings when we did venture out. The pool is often empty, so felt private a lot of time which was bonus. We will certainly consider returning.
