Ferienagentur Klodge nicht zu empfehlen

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage mit sehr schönem Blick. Es ist jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig (verrostete Armaturen im Bad, schmutzige Kissen auf den Terassenmöbeln, schmutzige Küche).Einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hat bei uns jedoch insbesondere der Kontakt zur lokalen Ferienagentur Klodge. Bereits der Check-in-Prozess ist sehr sperrig. Der Schlüssel muss vor Ort in der Agentur abgeholt werden. Von der Agentur werden zahlreiche Nachrichten und Internetlinks versandt mit Dingen, welche während des Aufenthalts beachtet werden müssen, da ansonsten Strafgebühren drohen sollen (Müll, Strom etc). Auch die Preispolitik ist durch die vielen Nachrichten intransparent und es kommen zu dem Online-Preis auf FeWo verschiedene Positionen hinzu, welche vor Ort zu zahlen sind (Handtuch- und Bettwäsche-Gebühr, Stromverbrauch, Tourismussteuer). Noch dazu wurden uns die Stromkosten zu einem völlig überhöhten Preis von 0,50 pro kWh in Rechnung gestellt. Als zwei Tage vor Ende unseres Aufenthalts bei über 35 Grad Außentemperatur die Klimaanlage ausfiel, wurden uns von der Agentur lediglich Ventilatoren vorbeigebracht. Eine teilweise Kompensation für die Unannehmlichkeihen Fehlanzeige.

Regarding the pricing structure, we would like to clarify that all additional charges – such as electricity consumption, linen and towel rental, and tourist tax – are clearly listed on our website, on booking platforms, and reiterated in the booking confirmation. We also send a detailed message after the reservation to ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings. Please note that some booking portals display this information differently, which is beyond our control – that’s why we make sure to send a direct summary as well. The electricity rate of €0.50/kWh reflects the real-time market rate for individual meter usage, inclusive of taxes and fixed costs, and complies with local regulations. As for the air conditioning issue: unfortunately, a technician was immediately available in 24 hours - during the peak summer period. As the conditioner got definitely broken we promptly delivered fans to the property as a practical and immediate solution. Your comments regarding cleanliness has not been informed to our customer service. We appreciate your input and hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Wunderbare Tag im Oktober

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ideal für einen Familienurlaub. Alessio war sehr hilfsbereit - nochmals ein grosses Dankeschön, dass wir am letzten Tag einen Late-Checkout machen konnten, da wir erst am Abend auf die Fähre nach Hause gingen - ein zusätzlicher Ferientag :-) Der Online-Check-in-Prozess muss verbessert werden

Molto bene.

L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un complesso con accesso "limitato" quindi molto tranquillo. Ampio e confortevole con camere spaziose e servizi igienici ben arredati e funzionali. Meravigliosa e molto spaziosa la terrazza esterna attrezzata con tavolo e sedie per cenare fuori. Ottima la doccia esterna. Tutti gli elettrodomestici di ultima generazione e di ottima fruibilità. Vista su Tavolara mozzafiato. Il barbecue (che in realtà è una specie di camino) è molto scomodo ed il tiraggio limitato dei fumi lo rende a nostra opinione praticamente inutilizzabile. Manca un microonde per scaldare velocemente le pietanze avanzate.

We spent 2 great weeks here in Sardinia with our children at the beginning of April. The accommodation is very pleasant and clean and the terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea. We will be happy to come back.
