The Cherry St Retreat is located in downtown Williams Bay, Wisconsin, about 1 block from Geneva Lake. Walk to the beach, boardwalk, boat launch, nature conservancy, park, restaurants, and shops. The primary guest must be over the age of 25.

We recently renovated a gorgeous home in downtown Lake Geneva. It is a 5 bedroom 3 bath home and sleeps 15.

Our third home is two doors down from the one above in Downtown Lake Geneva! It is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom beautiful home that sleeps 12. Over 65 five star reviews!!

This house has been built with high quality materials. The house was framed up by a local Amish company who also provided and installed the metal roof. The cabinets, trim, and windows were made by Wisconsin Amish companies, too. Come enjoy this home in lovely Williams Bay, WI. The home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, 2 sets of washer and dryers, comfortable family room with new couches, a 70" and 55" 4K TV, free 200 Mbps WiFi, gas fireplace, large dining room table, and patio with gas grill and patio table. The home has all new furnishings, all new furniture, new flooring, new carpeting, and all new stainless appliances.

The Master bedroom has a king bed and bath with sink, shower, custom made bench, and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with two large closets. Bedroom 2 is adjacent to bathroom 2. Bathroom 2 has a sink and jacuzzi tub with shower. Bedroom 3 is located on the lower level and has 2 queen beds and a closet. Bedroom 4 is located on the lower level and has 2 queen beds and a closet. The common area downstairs has a queen pullout couch. Bathroom 3 and 4 are located on the lower level, featuring a walk in shower and sink. A family room with 55" 4K TV is on the main level, and a common area with 70" 4K TV is on the lower level. Unit SLEEPS 14 and can accommodate 7 individuals in separate beds.

Parking: 6 cars can be parked in the driveway of the unit. Additional parking is available on the street. The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement to stay at the home.

Additional Information: The home has a gas fireplace for guests use. Unfortunately for insurance reasons the home does not have a firepit.

Area offers 40+ restaurants, specialty shops and galleries, luxurious spas, beaches, farmers markets, lake cruises and rustic and historical tours. Enjoy renowned golf courses and other recreational activities including boating, fishing, skiing, ice skating, sledding, and zip lining. Don’t forget all the festivals and special events!

The Geneva National Golf Course is 3 miles away, boasting 54 holes of legendary golf, a pro shop, meeting and function space, and the Grill Room Restaurant and Bar. The Grill Room is a casual restaurant located in the lower level of the Clubhouse. It is open to the public, golfers or not, and offers spectacular golf and lake views, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from April through October.

The house is located in downtown Williams Bay, and guests can walk to everything, including the Geneva Lake beach, boardwalk, boat launch, Kishwauketoe nature conservancy, shore path trail, restaurants, and shops.

There are a couple taxi services available. The house is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the lake.

- Renter must be 25 years of age or older.
- An additional signed rental agreement and $500 damage hold is required to confirm your reservation. You will be sent a link after booking to sign the rental agreement and put in your credit card information for the damage hold.
