Modern 4 bedroom in Williams Bay, close to beach, Kishwaukatoe Nature conservancy is across the street. Hike or bike! You’ll enjoy our fenced in backyard with outdoor shower for sandy days and our fire pit for cool nights. The backyard has deck for dining, covered grill, and a hangout space. Enjoy summer days using our cornhole set, or rent one of our bikes and enjoy the town. Boxed and Burlap wedding venue is less than a mile away.

Good for a low-key Bachelorette party!

Good space for our game nights and good spaces to sleep for our bachelorette. Very close to Downtown Lake Geneva and the beach!

Family Fun

House is super cute!! Very nice remodel with current colors and finishes. Bedroom layout was perfect for our group and the host was very communitive through the entire process and stay. Will stay again when in the area!!

Exactly as described!

I booked this place for a girls get together and the house had everything you could need for a good trip. There are plenty of beds that are all comfortable and the interior of the home is done beautifully. We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Property

The property was awesome and very close to everything we needed to make our wedding weekend special! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint and makes you feel at home right away with all the amenities. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Quiet and Peaceful

House is a cozy with very nice beds. Neighborhood is very quiet but just a few minutes from Williams Bay. Host was very good with communicating and we had no issues. Highly recommend

Enjoyed our stay in Williams Bay

We felt very welcomed. A welcome basket for our stay! We enjoyed the fenced in yard and grill. It was so nice to have a great kitchen for cooking, shampoo/conditioner/ body soap and hair dryer. Internet was great. Close dog park and hiking area.

Short birthday getaway

Took my daughter and 5 friends for a mini girls weekend in LG for her birthday. House was perfect for our group, girls had fun and loved the house. Christina was very responsive, polite, and had helpful recommendations for local restaurants.

Good communication and clean

This was a good place to stay overnight for a larger group. It was clean and well maintained. The location was also great and the driveway very large. It photographed larger than it actually is but all amenities listed were accurate. If you plan to cook a lot I’d bring most utensils and pots/pans. All the basics were covered though. There were things not mentioned in the listing such as it being a charcoal grill, having to stop beds, and an exterior security camera. None of these were a big deal, but would have been nice to know in advance.

Clean. Everything worked. Location in very quiet neighorhood equidistant from Lake Geneva, Delavan, and Fontana. Beach in Fontana and Williams Bay beach close although too cool this weekend to use other than walking trails. Host accessible and responsive.

Last Minute Spring Break Trip

As with any rental, you are never sure what you're going to get. We were delightfully surprised when we arrived as the house was above and beyond our expectations. This house had plenty of space for our party of 5 (and dog) with an extra bedroom to spare. The kitchen has been nicely upgraded, along with the spacious bathroom, and top of the line laundry washer/dryer. Everything was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. There were also some special touches, like a charcuterie assortment and a local dining gift certificate for us to enjoy, along with all necessary cleaning supplies (although I brought our own). On top of everything, the house was very pet friendly for our pooch. The location was great, only 5-6 miles from downtown Lake Geneva and the drive was a straight shot down 50 leading into Main St. We had a great time and would definitely book this location again! Communication with the property manager was also immediate and extremely helpful :)

Quick ski getaway with family

House is cute and cozy and clean. There were two twin beds in one bedroom with a trundle, a full size bed in another, and two queens in two separate rooms so it had plenty of beds for our adult kids and no one had to sleep on the floor or couch. The house has been updated in both the kitchen and bathroom and we’re done very nicely. (loved the kitchen countertops!) We also loved that the host allowed pets which allowed us to take our Maltipoo-poo with us. We brought our own crate with us, but the host has everything else you might need such as waste bags, paw towel, and pet dishes. The host even left a charcuterie tray of cheeses, meats, fruit, and nuts which was such a nice welcome after a long drive- we were starving when we arrived! The house was located within just 20 minutes or less of two ski resorts and even shorter to get to Lake Geneva which was still decorated for Christmas. It looked like a Christmas Hallmark town! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Convenient location

Family shopping trip to Lake Geneva. We were there to sleep. Unfortunately I was not receiving any emails from VRBO as they were all going to spam, so there was some miscommunication from the start. I didn’t realize that I needed to update the quantity of people that came since I remembered it said a max of 10, (we said 5 and it ended up to be 7) but Christina quickly let us know. She did end up splitting the difference half way. If you aren’t comfortable being watched, this is not for you. It was odd to get a phone call as I was carrying my bags in the house. Nice place, nice location.

Perfect location for our stay to attend an event at Alpine Valley Music Theatre. The house was great and had very nice features to entertain us during the day. We really appreciated the snack/wine basket. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great weekend getaway with old friends!

Overall really nice property, clean put together well with comfortable beds and good amenities, location and a good getaway with friends. The outdoor area is wonderful! The apple tree out front dropping apples is the only nuisance.

Great House in a Williams Bay

We had a great stay at our house in Williams Bay. It had all the amenities we would look for in a house, and everyone was comfortable and cozy. The check in and check-out process was seamless, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Only wish would have been for better weather to enjoy the outdoor fire pit.

Why they chose this property

Why this property? We searched for a few months before we decided on this unique cottage. The total square footage is just over 1,000 sq ft but it feels so spacious. The neighborhood is quite. There is a nature preserve across the road and its lovely to see deer and wild turkeys wondering around.
