Welcome to Island Royale 603 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front condo is located on the 6th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. We inspect frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. Follow us on FB "Gulf Shores By Owner."

GULF-FRONT BALCONY VIEWS (OVERSIZED):
The oversized private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from BOTH the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

🏖️ Two lounge chairs
Perfect for sunrise coffee, dolphin watching, and spectacular sunsets.

LIVING ROOM:
🏖️ Queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress (more comfortable than traditional sofa beds)
🏖️ Recliner and chair
🏖️ Large flat screen Smart TV
🏖️ Coffee table, two end tables, and lamps

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY:
🏖️ Granite countertops and appliances (side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, microwave)

We love the beaches of Gulf shores and try to come here as much as possible. We have been coming to Gulf Shores now since 2000 and it has been one of the best places to spend great quality family time.

Why they chose this property

We love the location and that it is not oversized with lots of crowded beaches. Love having the convenient store located across the street. The condos have oversized balconies that makes it great for having meals while watching the dolphins.

What makes this property unique

Sauna, Steam Room, Large Oversized Balcony, Not overcrowded, Pool, Hot Tubs, Great Location with lots of wonderful restaurants located near by.
