Welcome to Island Royale 801 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front corner unit is located on the 8th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. We inspect frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. Follow us on FB "Gulf Shores Vacation."

GULF-FRONT BALCONY VIEWS (OVERSIZED):
The oversized private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from BOTH the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

🏖️ Two lounge chairs
Perfect for sunrise coffee, dolphin watching, and spectacular sunsets.

🏖️ Queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress (more comfortable than traditional sofa beds)

🏖️ Large flat screen Smart TV
🏖️ Coffee table, two end tables, and lamps

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY:
🏖️ Granite countertops and appliances (side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, microwave)

🏖️ Full-size washer/dryer, plus ironing board and iron

Fell in love with this unit! the beds were comfy but the living room furniture was tired. the views and balconies were awesome. loved the location too! it felt like home immediately! we are considering it again but time will tell.

Stayed here 4/4/26 -4/10/26. We will make this our go to place every time we make it back to the Gulf Shores. Property was beautiful and the view from the 8th floor was gorgeous (We stayed in room 801). We saw dolphins swimming everyday from the balcony. Parking was super convenient as well as access to the beach. Everything was steps away from our door step. Host was prompt on answering any questions we had. Property was well maintained. Many options for dining and recreation things in the direct area. Thank you for a great vacation and memories to last a life time.

The place was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes and pans. Jason took good care of us during our stay. The spot right on the beach was excellent and located near everything in Gulf Shores. I would definitely stay here again and probably will!
