The beaches of La Coudoulière are 200 meters from the apartment, quickly and directly accessible from the residence's park. The port and shops are 400 meters away: bakery, mini-market, restaurants, newsagent, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, all accessible by a footpath.

The apartment was renovated in June 2013 in a contemporary style.
