LAMIATERRA lamia with private pool in Ostuni

We are in the countryside between Ostuni and Cisternino, a few minutes from the beaches of Alto Salento and the center of Ostuni. Our structure is a traditional Lamia of the early '900 in stone once used as a millstone. It is a typical rural stone house in the Itria Valley, completely renovated thanks to local workers, two hectares of land around it, garden, orchard and patio. The property currently has 7 beds, three double bedrooms, an alcove with a single bed, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 kitchenette, living room. It has a large private swimming pool available exclusively to guests with large relaxation areas. The structure is immersed in the splendid countryside of the Itria Valley, therefore ideal for those who love the landscape of this corner of Puglia, for walking or cycling on the various cycle routes in the area. We provide guides. The beaches are a few kilometers away, and there is something for everyone.

The traditional stone structure gives the interiors an absolute freshness during the summer. And besides, these ancient lamias were used during the torrid summers just like country residences. However it is equipped with air conditioning.
During the winter it has a heating system and an original stone fireplace. Lamiaterra has a private swimming pool, large equipped green spaces, car parking, external laundry with washing machine, alarm system connected with surveillance. The outdoor area is large, equipped and furnished for all needs. In addition, it is possible to host dog friends, as the whole structure is fenced and surrounded by traditional dry stone walls.
The structure is complete with everything, including bathroom and kitchen bed linen, and mosquito nets.
