Beautifully clean villa with a great pool. Only a short walk from the beach. Mariaterresa was a great host, offering tips on where to go - in particular, a food and drink festival in nearby Carovigno, which was wonderful.

Magical property with lovely hosts

Mariateresa and her family have a beautiful and well appointed property, true to the description. They went above and beyond as hosts and made our stay even better. Do yourself a favor and stay at this property it will not disappoint, nor will the beautiful beaches very close by. Thank you so much Mariateresa for the perfect stay and special treats and gift at the end. We hope to come back and stay.

We are a family of 5 from Munich. The owner of Swan Villa, Mariateresa was very welcoming and her father lives close by for any minor issues we had. They were always very responsive and quick to fix little things(even pool cleanings every couple of days). It was difficult to find the house initially. The surroundings are not great but we felt safe. The beaches are a close walk (rocky and not the most well kept beaches but my husband went every morning to swim). We did have a lovely beach day at Torre Guaceto. Great sand and sandy entry to the water. Pricey umbrellas but for one day, worth it! The pool and the outside of the villa make this a very wonderful stay! We all loved it. The house had most things we needed, outdated in many ways but functional and clean. We saw so many different places as this was a great central location for touring the beautiful area. You definitely need a car and do some research and investigating of restaurants. We found some great places that were very local. Highly recommend for your family vacation! Thank you!

Lovely looking villa that was close to a small beach. I disagree with the absolute privacy description as there was CCTV cameras in use. Beds & sofa were disappointingly very uncomfortable. Host communication was excellent, except when contacted twice about a wording gas smell from the air conditioning unit- this was ignored and therefore we had our last 24 hours without air con.

Excellent Property

Our stay at Mariateresa’s house was wonderful. Her and her father were so helpful and kind and they responded to any inquiries we had immediately. The house was beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was upgraded from what we saw in the pictures. There is ample room especially outside and the pool was perfect for those hot days or after coming back from touring the region. They provided bikes so that we were also able to take them and explore the area. We highly recommend this house, it is well situated in the middle of Puglia where other cities are easily accessible. Thank you Mariateresa and Enzo for making our trip such a memorable one.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in Apulien rundum zufrieden und bedanken uns herzlich bei der Gastgeberin und ihrem Vater. Beide waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, sodass wir uns bestens betreut fühlten.Trotz früher Anreise konnten wir sofort einchecken – sehr hilfreich. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Olivenöl und frische Tomaten machten den Aufenthalt besonders.Das Haus war innen wie außen sehr sauber und gepflegt; die Außenanlage ist wunderschön und in echt noch besser als auf den Fotos. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Veranda, die Außendusche und der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, sowie der Pool, der wirklich fast alle 2 Tage gereinigt wurde. Für sechs Personen gut geeignet; ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und separatem Eingang bietet viel Privatsphäre – ideal für zwei Familien.Die Schlafzimmer sind eher klein und es gibt wenig Stauraum; in den Bädern wären mehr Ablagen und Handtuchhalter praktisch. Die Bäder sind etwas älter, aber sauber.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 10–15 Minuten entfernt; dafür liegt das Haus ruhig und strandnah mit schönen Stränden in der Umgebung.Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lovely villa, set up worked for our family as we have older kids but may not work for families with younger kids due to one double bedroom being accessed from the patio. Issue we had with the electric gate was resolved very quickly. A number of ccv cameras around the outside of the villa a little off putting. Pool bigger than pictures suggest.

Schöne Unterkunft 5 Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand.

Wir wurden sehr nett mit einem Begrüßungsgetränk und Snacks empfangen, die Unterkunft ist gepflegt, eigentlich waren wir hauptsächlich auf der Terrasse, am Pool oder am Meer. Die Kinder konnten sich im großen Hof prima austoben. Gute Mischung aus Selbstversorgung und Ausgehen beim Erkunden der umliegenden Dörfer und Städte. Auch zum Fahrradfahrern gut geeignet. Wir haben es alle sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Un Soggiorno Indimenticabile per Grandi e Piccini

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in questa villa! Gli spazi interni sono un po' piccoli, ma questo non è stato un problema. Lo spazio esterno è perfetto per famiglie con bambini: ampio, ben curato e con una piscina che è stata il vero fiore all'occhiello del nostro soggiorno. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo a fare tuffi e a giocare in acqua, ed è stato un piacere vederli così felici. I proprietari sono stati super gentili e disponibili accogliendoci con un piccolo drink di benvenuto e con il buonissimo olio di loro produzione. La posizione della villa è eccellente, in pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono alcune delle spiagge più belle della zona. Inoltre, abbiamo approfittato della vicinanza per visitare luoghi affascinanti come Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello e la sorprendente Carovigno, con il suo incantevole centro storico. In sintesi, è stata una vacanza perfetta per la nostra famiglia e consigliamo vivamente questa villa a chi cerca una base tranquilla e comoda per esplorare questa splendida parte della Puglia.

Kleine Oase der Ruhe

Das Haus mit Pool ist wunderschön. Es hat alles für einen schönen und ruhigen Strandurlaub. Die grosse Veranda ist ideal um auszuruhen, essen und spielen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und ideal zum abkühlen. In ca. 4 Minuten ist man am Strand, wenn man nochmals 4 Minuten läuft hat es weitere Strände, wo man verweilen kann. Das Haus ist ein bisschen ausserhalb des nächsten Dorfes.

Vacanza in famiglia

La proprietà si trova in un luogo favorevole, a circa 200 metri da una spiaggia libera di scoglio, con facile accesso al mare. La casa è piccola, ma accogliente, con una piscina che invita al relax e che rappresenta un’alternativa ai bagni in mare. Nella struttura è presente un bel barbecue, ideale per qualche cena in villa, piuttosto che al ristorante. I proprietari sono sempre a disposizione e coccolano i loro clienti, cercando di risolvere qualsiasi problema contingente che si possa venire a creare. Facile da raggiungere: a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto e dalla stazione ferroviaria di Brindisi. Nel complesso, una vacanza ideale, per vivere in relax la Puglia ed uno dei mari più belli d’Italia.
