A charming spanish finca in rural surroundings

We loved staying in this rustic and charming authentic spanish finca. Perfect for families whith children in all ages. We also had a fantastic dinner event in the litle village of Algaida named Es4Vents. Not far from anything you connect to Mallorca, like beaches and cities. We did not miss anything and had an unforgetable stay in fully aquiped houses perfect for 4 separate families. No comments

Great villa for large parties

Finca Cas Misser is a wonderful villa for large groups. The multiple houses built around the pool offer great accommodation and amenities. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the common areas are spacious. The kitchens are all well stocked with cooking materials and cutlery and plates for large groups. The outdoor amenities are great, from the pool to the volleyball court and the bicycles. The only real issue we encountered is that many taxi companies would not come pick us up saying that we were out of their area.

Great location - pity about the wifi

Beautiful location, flexible accommodation, lots of living space. Wifi was not suitable for a work trip with 20 people. At best the connection was 3Gbps which divided by 20 is 100Mbps each - just slow for a company meeting with video requirements.

Loved the stay

I was lucky enough to host a yoga retreat in Ca's Misser and the place was just perfect for it Lots of space, inside and outside, a beautiful garden and cozy area around the pool. It was a little cold in April still but we enjoyed lighting up the fire place in the main building. Also our chef was super happy because the kitchen was very well equipped Everything was very clean and there was an abundance of towels and even shower gel. I would love to come back and do it all over again. Thank you Portic Villas!   the Wifi was not working optimal. However perhaps for a yoga retreat that's a good thing 😉 #digitaldetox

Top finca with 4 independent houses

This is a wonderful place. You need to know what you are getting into as the place is secluded although entirely safe, it's 20 mins away from palma which is a smooth drive and the quality of the bedrooms is not a 5 star hotel standard. The host is great and very responsive. When we had issues with the ACs, he responded immediately. Swimming pool cleaning was done frequently and he had some welcome bottles of water, juices and milk ready for on our arrival. We had issues with mosquitoes at night, this is obviously a big farm and bug issues are to be expected. The kids loved the swimming pool and spent most of their time in it We as parents also enjoyed it tremendously and we it's quite easy to keep an eye on the kids all the time. All in all great experience. Depending on the time of year you are traveling, bring mosquito repellent with you. No comments

Wonderful weeklong stay!

We greatly enjoyed our weeklong stay at the villa. The property is well maintained and clean and offered plenty of space for our group to enjoy our time together. We cooked most of our meals at the villa and the kitchens are very well equipped for meal prep. A couple of small notes - (1) we stayed for about a week with mild weather (didn't use much AC) and our electricity usage was about 2x the included consumption with the booking. If we were there in peak summer, we'd have used a lot more and might have been surprised by the costs as this is not something I have encountered with other bookings. (2) the cost of the villa is relatively high and they assume you can pay by bank transfer (IBAN) - which as an non-European, I cannot. So I paid by credit card, which was initially rejected by their payment processor. I figured out that this was due to the size of the transaction - I broke the payment into three smaller amounts and it worked. But I assumed that a highly managed property like this would have been more seamless for payment - I cannot have been the first person booking a 1 week stay from outside Europe - but the team didn't know why my payments were not working.Other than these two small issues - the stay was wonderful!

Sommerurlaub

Wir waren Anfang August für eine Woche mit 25 Personen im Cas Misser und es war einfach nur genial! Mega netter Eigentümer der uns bei Anreise Selbst alles gezeigt hat, absolut sauber, sehr schön und luxuriös ausgestattet und eingerichtet, bei Ankunft waren sämtliche Kühlschränke gefüllt mit frischem Obst und Getränken, zusätzlich Wasserspender mit ausreichend Nachschub in jedem Haus! Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!!

Eine gute Zeit

Anlässlich meines 30. Geburtstag, habe ich die Finca gebucht. Wir waren 19 Personen und hatte genügend Platz. Zu unserer großen Freude war die Finca komplett neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Womit wir nicht gerechnet haben. Die Häuser sind alle auf dem neusten Stand. Ein paar Startschwierigkeiten hatten wir allerdings. Der Pool war die ersten Tage grün, da die Pumpe ausgefallen war. Dies ist uns aber erst später aufgefallen. Wir haben direkt Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer aufgenommen. Dieser hat sofort Abhilfe geschaffen und auch von der Reiseagentur Portic Villas war wenige Stunden später jemand vor Ort. Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit auf der Finca und alle haben sich Wohlgefühles. Das Einzige, was ggf. noch gemacht werden muss, ist die Außenanlagen. Die lässt noch ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Die Sonnenliegen entsprechen nicht dem Standard, genauso wie die Plastikstühle aus dem Baumarkt. Es gibt Schlaglöcher auf den Gehwegen und auch die Treppenstufen sind teilweise sehr abgenutzt und abgebrochen. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Ich empfehle die Finca zu 100 % weiter. Vielen Dank.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, Konstantin. Wir haben gerade die Außenmöbel ein paar Tage nach Ihrem Aufenthalt erhalten und das wird es für 2024 und darüber hinaus sein. Der Außenbereich - der gesamte Gartenbereich - wird aufgewertet und verbessert werden, im Moment ist in Arbeit. Wir sind sicher, dass das Haus in ein paar Wochen diesem neuen Qualitäts- oder Luxusstandard entsprechen wird - die Bilder von außen werden in 2-3 Monaten aktualisiert.

Die Ausstattung ist o.k., die Lage sehr gut. Die Bäder sind etwas Verbesserungsbedürftig. Pool und Außenanlagen sind super. Sehr schön war auch, das die Anlage aus vier getrennten Häusern bestand, so hatte man immer auch eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Es waren 5 Kaffeemaschinen in der Anlage, von denen leider nur eine funktionierte. No comments

Familienurlaub wie man ihn sich nur erträumen kann

Diese Finca haben wir für eine Woche mit 24 Personen genossen. Das Leben findet rund um den Pool in 4 verschiedenen Häusern statt. Somit hat jeder die Möglichkeit, sich zurück zu ziehen, oder aktiv am Pool oder auf den vielen Rasenflächen zu sein. Gemeinsames Essen entweder am Pool oder im großen Essraum direkt an der Terrasse ist problemlos möglich. Das Team von Villas Mallorca ist besonders hervor zu heben. Es waren drei Häuser. Das ist gut, wenn man mit einer großen Gruppe kommt. Die Küchen Ausstattung war gut - alles Nötige vorhanden. Der Willkommensgruß war sehr nett. Es war angenehm, dass so viele Badezimmer vorhanden waren. Kleines Manko es fehlten Haken und die Duschkopfbefestigungen. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. No comments

Fantastisch

Wir waren mit unserer Fußballmannschaft und unseren Frauen da und es war perfekt. Gute, zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Eben alles, was man auf einer Finca braucht. Schöner Gemeinschaftspool mit Freisitz. Die kurzen Wege zum Flughafen und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Palma sind sehr vorteilhaft. Hervorzuheben ist der Hausherr, der uns sehr nett begrüßt und verabschiedet hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. No comments

Fantastisch

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vor Ort empfangen auf der sauberen gut aufgeteilten Finca. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und trotz kühlerer Temperaturen haben wir die Finca mit Holzöfen warm bekommen. Danke für die Tipps vom Vermieter wo wir Holz und anderes Material einkaufen konnten. Wir waren sehr gerne die Gäste in der Finca. No comments

Toll für größere Gruppen

Schönes Finca Gelände, alles recht gut in Stand, viel Platz, toller, weiter Blick auf die Berge und sehr nah an Palma (20min mit dem Auto). Darüber hinaus wirkt die Zusammenarbeit mit den Vermietern unkompliziert und zuverlässig.
