About this property

Beautiful large villa on forest area

Exclusive large countryside home on the peak of a private hill, with an amazing landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range (World Heritage Site), the center of the island and the bay of Alcudia in the North.
The house is integrated with nature harmoniously, creating an unique place for all seasons and ideal for work trips, family celebrations or retreats. Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. Optional services are available upon request at reservation.
Completely free, we offer a garbage removal service, maintenance of the garden and swimming pool during your stay at the villa.

The house is situated between two villages: Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, which both have shops and restaurants, in the center of the island; Also it is only twenty minutes from the capital of the island: Palma. This makes it the perfect location to access the beach, the city and the traditional Mediterrainian countryside. The house is located twenty minutes from the airport by car.

It has an enclosed outdoor not heated swimming pool, and a lot of space for large groups of people.

The house has WiFi and for meetings we can provide a projector and screen. It has a large room and table for 16+ people which can be used for congregations of all types.
Please note that the house is provided with electric water heaters with capacity for 80 liters (for two reasons, most of the time it is warm in Mallorca and the drought). Therefore you may need to wait a little bit between one and other for hot water. The rooms have conditioning air. At the living room there is air conditioning as well.
You will need a car, the house is located on top of a mountain in very exclusive forest area with no access to public transport. The rural road is steep with curves, accessible in normal car.
Lighting fires is illegal due to the risk of forest fires in Mallorca during the Summer, and can be punished with a prison sentence. A gas barbecue is provided to be used in its location.
The maximum capacity of the house is 16 adult people, four children (under 12 year old). It is not allowed the stay of more people in the house or in the pool, without express written consent of the property according to the maximum capacity authorized by the government.

The owners of the house are not responsible for any damage to the persons or property of the house due to improper use or exceeding the permitted capacity limits.

Amazing Villa with a mindblowing view in the Mountains of Mallorca

The villa is situated at the top of the hill and offers an outstanding view of the mountains. The last few meters up to the villa are a bit bumpy, but up there you have complete privacy. We were there with our extended family and had plenty of space to have a little privacy while still being together in a beautiful place. The landlady was incredibly nice and helped us with all our questions at any time, both before arrival and during our stay. We will definitely come back.

we had an amazing holiday, thanks to Bel, Aina and the rest of the team

Aina made us welcome from the 1st minute. We were able to contact her via whatsapp anytime and she responded instantly. The house is perfect for a family stay, young and old had an excellent time. The drive up to the finca is a bit tricky, but in exchange you can enjoy the stunning view of the tramuntana. Supreme tranquillity and exclusivity by day and night! Fantastic group holiday

We were a large group of 16 comprising four families with young kids (18 months to 9 yes). As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. The elevated location provides beautiful views, the villa itself has lots of lovely spaces for eating and relaxing and is superbly equipped. Cooking for our large group was easy. We spent a large part of our holiday having fun and relaxing around the excellent pool which had lots of sun loungers and parasols. A great villa which has provided many happy holiday memories! I would love to return.

Perfect few days in Mallorca

What an incredible place to stay with a group of friends! Thank you so much Isabel, what a beautiful house with the most amazing views during the day and evening. Isabel could not have been more helpful before and during our stay. We arrived to a fridge of cold beers, she helped with the food delivery and liaising with our minibus company. We could not have asked for more. The house was perfect, beautiful and cosy and felt very lucky to have found a place so pretty on the top of our own mountain with no-one nearby. Thank you!! An unforgettable trip with friends

Isabel was an incredible host. Right from the time of booking, Isabel was accommodating and reliable. She was available to answer questions and help us prepare for our stay. Check-in process was seamless and Isabel was very understanding. The Villa’s location is slightly challenging to find, but as long as you follow the directions of the host, it’s not complicated once you get the hang of it. It is secluded so it is best to grab groceries etc. before arriving. The views are wonderful, pool serene, and Villa equipped with everything you need. Lots of space for multiple cars to park. It accommodated our group perfectly. We would love to return again one day. Thank you Isabel et al !!

The PERFECT place for a BIG GET TOGETHER

I booked this villa as a surprise for my husbands 70th birthday. I needed a place big enough for several generations of our extended family ( ages 3 - 79) and the villa was superb for our needs. There are plenty of bathrooms to service the lovely and very comfortable bedrooms - its rare to find such good quality beds / mattresses / pillows and bedding in a rental villa. The villa is essentially like 2 separate living spaces - each with a kitchen, living area and 4 bedrooms - this meant the older couples could be in one side & the younger ones with kids in the other. Having 2 superbly appointed kitchens was also really useful - although the downstairs kitchen was the main prep area for evening meals. The gas barbecue was excellent and the easiest way to cater for the 19 hungry guests. Long tables & plenty of chairs meant we could all dine together effortlessly. There are lots of different seating areas on the various terraces and so much space no-one ever felt on top of one another. And the pool - oh the pool!! It was cleaned daily by the lovely and very inconspicuous groundsman who was usually done and dusted before we were up! I had been worried that the road up to the villa was going to be treacherous - however its totally fine - we had regular hire cars (Ford Fiesta / small Seats etc) and they managed the drive no problem. The road is narrow and wee bit steep but certainly not a 4 wheel drive job! The villa is wonderfully situated with the most spectacular views - however it is secluded and well off the beaten track so you will need one car at least (we struggled to get taxis to come and collect us from the villa - although drop off was fine). there's big supermarkets 20 mins away / smaller ones just a few miles down the road and all this only 30mins from the airport. We hired a private chef to cater one evening and this was a brilliant that and although they struggled to find the villa initially they managed the drive in their little van and delivered fantastic food and sangria! Isabel, the owner was really responsive to questions and I can't thank her enough for the most special and joyful time in her property.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer größeren Gruppe mit Freunden und Familie. Die Hauptkpche ist ausreichend groß, sodass viele Leute helfen können. Der Grill war nagelneu, große Paellapfannen gab es auch. Für den Pool gibt es viele aufblasbare Spielsachen. Alles in allem war es einfach super dort.

Wir verbrachten unseren Sommerurlaub mit der ganzen Familie (13 Personen, Erwachsene und Kids) in der Finka. Die Finka lag sehr hoch, sodass wir einen traumhafter Ausblick hatten. Abends konnten wir im beleuchteten Pool die Schönheit des Standortes in Mitten der Natur bewundern.Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und hat viele Plätze zum Verweilen (Terrasse, Lounge, lange Essenstafel, etc.). Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und jedes für sich hat seinen eigenen Charme.Der Weg zur Finka war ein wenig mühsam, da es auf enger Straße hinaufging und unser Navi versagte. Nach Kontaktaufnahme zur Gastgeberin stand sie uns sofort beiseite und lotste uns hin.Isabel ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin, herzlich und vertrauensvoll. Bei Fragen stand sie stets zur Verfügung. Wertvolle Tipps für Ausflugsziele bzw. Einkaufsorte oder Empfehlungen für Restaurants in der Nähe haben wir erhalten.Vielen Dank !!! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Ein Paradies

Eine unglaublich schöne Villa, die alles bietet, was man zur Erholung und Entspannung braucht. Auf einem Berg gelegen, bietet sie einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Berge im Nordwesten der Insel. Es ist herrlich ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt überall gemütliche Ecken zum chillen, aber auch größzügige Eßplätze, wo wir als Familie mit 16 Personen reichlich Platz hatten. Für die Kinder (groß oder klein) gibt es Spielzimmer, Tischtennis, Kicker, einen riesengroßen Pool, der sowohl von Nichtschwimmern als auch von Sprungkünstlern genutzt werden kann, überaus reichlich Wasserspielzeug. Die Küchen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt, sogar eine Erstausstattung mit reichlich Getränken (einschließlich Wein) war inclusive. Insgesamt gesehen, war unser Aufenthalt für alle ein echtes Highlight, an das wir uns noch lange gern erinnern werden. Danke auch für die überaus liebe Betreuung durch die Vermieterin, die jederzeit für alle Fragen erreichbar war.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren mit 16 Personen auf der Finka. Es waren alle sehr begeistert. Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir an dem großen Pool. In der Finka fehlte es an nix. Equipment für 16 Personen vorhanden. Auch Poolmaterial, wie Bälle, Matratzen etc. war vorhanden. Es konnte Tischtennis oder auch Kicker gespielt werden. Für Familien oder sonstige große Gruppen sehr zu empfehlen.

Très grand domaine. Deux appartements de 4 chambres, plusieurs salles de bain. Une cuisine très bien agencée. Espace extérieur avec de l'ombre, juste pas assez éclairé le soir. Piscine très appréciée. Il manque juste un lieu où se retrouver à l'intérieur, sinon très agréable.

Gesamtpaket hervorragend, jedem zu empfehlen

Sauberkwit, Umgebung und Kommunikation waren hervorragend und würde ich mir bei jedem Ferienhaus so wünschen. Der Pool und die Außenanlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und bietet sehr viel Platz für Außenaktivitäten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich top (verschiedene Arten Kaffemaschinen, Mixer, Eiswürfelbehalter, Töpfe und Pfannen die groß genug sind für 16 Personen, etc..). Generell kann man zur Austattung sagen, dass wenn man sich virstellt etwas machen zu wollen (z.B. Cocktails) sind die erforderlichen Dinge wie Shaker und Eiswürfel bereits vorhanden und brauchen nicht extra gekauft werden. Einzig die Lage ist ein zweischneidiges Schwert. Zum einen ist es sehr abgelegen und bietet dadurch viel Ruhe (oder Möglichkeit zur ein oder anderen Party ohne jmd. Zu stören), das widerum ist aber auch mit einem Nachteil verbunden. Der Weg zum Haus ist ein wenig beschwerlich und gewöhnungsbedürftig (zuerst durch die engen Gassen von Ses Coves und anschließend einen Bergweg hoch zum Haus). Hierfür benötigt man zwangsläufig mindestens ein Auto. Das ist allerdings unser einziger Kritikpunkt. Die generelle Lage ist gut, Lidl/Tankstelle/Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in max. 10-15min zu erreichen. Wenn man also eine schönes gepflegtes Haus mit etwas Abgeschiedenheit sucht und über den Weg dahin hinwegsehen kann, ist dieses Haus jeder Gruppe wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Ideal für Firmenfahrten!

Wir sind im Mai mit 16 Teammitgliedern eines Start-Ups in diese Finka gereist! Die Anreise ist etwas bergig, aber die Lage dafür super entspannt und völlig ungestört. Wir möchten besonders die Ausstattung hervorheben, hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts, von Tischtennisplatte bis Beamer und Leinwand! Da unser Unternehmen remote arbeitet, war für uns eine stabile Internetverbindung, die vor allem für Videocalls genügt, ein wichtiges Kriterium. Dieses hat die Villa zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt, wir hatten nie Aussetzer und alles lief perfekt flüssig. Vielen Dank insgesamt nochmal für den tollen Service, besonders an Isabel, die stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand!

15 family members on holiday on Mallorca

The house and the surroundings is a pearl on Mallorca. Everything was better than expected. Isabel is very kind and helpfull and we are all most satisfied with our stay.

A perfect Mallorca getaway

Our stay at this villa delivered everything for our party of 14, and more. 10 minutes by car from Santa Eugeniá and set within the forest with spectacular views over the island. The pool was large and cleaned daily. The house offered ample space and at night the terrace eating area came into its own. 10/10
