Spring Break Stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and really comfortable for my family, and the beach was beautiful. The weather wasn't super cooperative but that'll be our excuse for coming back again soon.

Family New Year Vacation

Even though it was really cold outside, we had a wonderful time in this lovely condo. The kitchen was stocked well and the condo was very cozy. The bed in the master was a dream for my lower back. We definitely will come back again.

Beautiful location, great Condo

Loved the Condo. We came with my parents for a long weekend and it was wonderful. The condo is right across the street from the beach, very spacious and everything was provided for. You can hear the neighbors a little bit but it wasnt anything that kept us up or disturbed too much. Would definitely come again.

2024 Trip

We love coming to Pensacola. This is our 2nd time at Triston Towers and we love staying here. The property is nice and the people are so friendly. We would love to buy one of the units but we did not see one listed that we would like. We are coming back next year and hopefully can stay at the same place

I think this would serve a better purpose if it had a stand up shower instead of the tub. The door doesn't open all the way due to the tub taking to much space. Other than the above, we enjoyed it.

Month long stay

This was a nice condo in a lovely complex. It needs attention. Among things, glass doors in a bathroom were off track. Cleaning & caulking is needed around both tubs. A big piece was broken off the microwave. It didn’t affect its use. A large dirty spot was on the balcony floor near the storage area. More outdoor balcony seating was needed. This is a lovely condo. It just needs some attention.

Poor service!

Had a running faucet in the master shower that took over 24 hours to resolve, with poor follow-up from the company. They finally sent a plumber at 7PM the next day but then forgot to turn the hot water back on before he left. Very difficult getting updates from customer service with multiple unfulfilled promises of call backs.

The property itself was very nice and the location was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit, in my opinion, was fair. The cost did not reflect the value of the unit. This unit is in serious need of a full update. The appliance were older, the cabinets were peeling, the bathrooms need an upgrade. I had questions about some of the items that were located on the property and after several phone calls and a long waiting time I reached someone with the rental agency. They could not answer my question so they were going to reach out to the property management. I never heard back from either of them. Overall our stay was good and we had a great time, the unit needs some updating and the property management needs to communicate.

Tristan Towers is great

We enjoyed our return to Tristan Towers. The condo was very similar to others where we have stayed there except there was no patio furniture. I saw another review that said that but thought surely they had added some. It is such a waste of a beautiful view not to have chairs and at least a small table to sit your coffee on while you take in the view. The check in did not go very smooth. The key code provided did not work and then I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. The number would disconnect me and eventually Verizon said the number didn’t work. The link to my web portal was broken and it took a long time for someone to reply to my text. I had taken my children upstairs with some of our stuff only to have to return to the car and pray we could reach someone. I’m not sure if it is because we called VRBO or the number on the main website that finally got us through and they were able to recode the locks remotely. After the initial hiccup everything was great. Next time, I won’t start dragging things and kids upstairs until after I make sure I can get into the condo. My kids love the place and pool. It is also only a short walk to the beach.

Great spot for a getaway

We had everything we needed in the condo. Beach was easily accessible and the pool was super nice at the end of the day. Loved sitting on the balcony. Wish we could have adjusted the AC to cooler but other than that it was great

Great location neeeds a couple of things fixed

The location and property were great. The only issues we had were some of the light bulbs were burned out, the toilet in the master bathroom ran unless you jiggled the handle, and no TV in the guest room. Everything else was great.

Good place without the little touches

First, the good: the condo was clean and comfortable in a great location. Check-in and use of the building amenities was painless. The bad: while this condo is great on the whole, it gets dragged down by the lack of small touches that make other rentals pleasurable to stay in: - the kitchen has plates/cups/sliverware/etc, but that is all. No salt, pepper, other basic condiments. - the beds had heavy blankets (for PB in late July), but no lighter-weight summer blankets were available. - the blinds were cheap and old, popped alarmingly when being opened, and don't do a great job at blocking light even when firmly shut. - Instead of keys, there are a variety of keycodes: parking, lobby, condo, tennis, etc. It would be nice to be given a couple wallet-sized cards to carry so we didn't have to pull up our phones/handwritten lists every time we came to a door. So all in all comfortable, but let down by a number of small accumulated annoyances that are uncommon in other rentals.

The way it should be!!

Everything went great. Pass codes at the gate and condo worked as planned. Pensacola even waived the toll on the bridge for the whole weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Outdated Disaster-Blanch and Dorothy called they want their condo back!

This villa Is across the street from the beautiful white sand beach. That is the only positive asset this 1985 villa has going for it. The beds and linens are on a level of a motel 6. The cleanliness rating was 0. If in fact the villa was clean and hygienic, the outdated peeling cabinets, cracked tile, outdated filthy furniture, and rummage sale concoction of kitchen implements could be overlooked, but even that isn't accomplished. There is no vintage charm to this place. Save yourself and your holiday and skip it. Southern Guest Services were gracious in bringing new fresh linens, pillows and adding blankets but again even the replacements were the lowest level of quality.

Best Place to stay for Spring Break

The surrounding area was great and Peg Leg Petes is the restaurant to definetly go to. The building itself is extremely nice, but rennovation was happening to the hallways while we were there. The hotel room itself was great with a good balcony view and good design. The beds themselves were comfortable and the bathrooms were adequate. Everything included with the purchase was well worth it. I would definetly book a room again at the same place and reccomend this place to a friend.
