Perfectly idyllic
The images on the listing were exactly what we were hoping for, and the reality was even better than we hoped. In addition to the many beautiful outdoor spaces, the rooms were full of elegant and artistic touches that perfectly matched the setting. We really appreciated the unique design details and harmonious spaces. The daily visit from staff was thorough and unobtrusive. Our favorite part of the property was the sunset views and the steps leading down to the gorgeous private swimming area. The property manager, Maria, is a perfect professional who took care of every detail and was always available and responsive. She went above and beyond to help arrange ferry, car rentals, taxis, boat rides, scuba, and even offered to find us donkeys. The location of the house is convenient for shopping in Koressia, nightlife in Vourkari, and interesting history in Ioulidas. If there is one small note of caution you should consider when booking, the driveway is steep and takes a confident driver, especially when driving a standard rental car. Overall wonderful and hope to return soon.
