Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats a day going to and from the island in the summer months and one boat a day in the winter months. The villa is just 3.5 kilometers from Otzia, where there is a large sandy beach and two restaurants. The villa is set on a 8,000 sq meters plot of land with 7 bedrooms, accommodating 14 people. The property is split into two floors.

The top floor of the villa, which is completely independent from the ground floor has a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, one bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a guest w.c. The ground floor has two apartments with 2 bedrooms each. Apartment A has a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a guest w.c. Apartment B has a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a guest w.c.

In front of the apartments is a large shaded terrace with a dining area for 8 people and two small seating areas. To the right of the villa there is a "cave", with a large dining/seating area and a bathroom. To the left of the villa there is a shaded dining area with a barbecue.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
