Villa Frani is located just a few kilometers from the town of Porec in the small Istrian village of Jehnići. In a quiet and pleasant environment, her modern grace comes to the fore. The spacious garden of the villa offers a large, heated swimming pool positioned to take maximum advantage of the sun during the day.
Sun loungers, parasols, and a shower are available by the pool. A special highlight of the courtyard is the summer kitchen with a dining table, where guests can enjoy a barbecue on charcoal or relax in the evening in lounge chairs, overlooking the lighted pool and the beautiful surroundings of the villa.
The interior of Villa Frani features modern, new furniture, and all rooms are fully equipped. The villa is divided into two parts. On the ground floor, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are connected into one large, elegant unit, each offering a view of the pool. The ground floor also includes one of the four bedrooms with its own bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs are the three remaining bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Each room in the villa has a separate air conditioning unit, allowing guests to adjust the temperature individually. For the colder months, the villa features an excellent heating system, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.
Pool is heatable at the extra charge of 100 EUR/week.
