Family holiday

We've just returned from a lovely week at Villa Zaneta. Alen was a very welcoming host and made sure we were very comfortable - arrived to find a gorgeous homemade fruit tart in the fridge, along with some other treats! Accommodation very clean and spacious with excellent aircon in all rooms. Kitchen and BBQ area fully equipped with everything you'd need to self-cater. Small shop in village short walk away for baked goods, fresh milk, fruit and veg and lots of Istrian goodies. Supermarket 15 mins drive and vineyard just round the corner from the villa! Alen recommended some local restaurants, all a short drive from villa. There are also plenty of options in Porec, which is a lovely holiday town especially in the evening for strolling, shopping and dining. Spent our days snorkling in the sea, swimming in the pool and bubbling in the hot tub - thank you Alen for a lovely weeks' holiday :)

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem top Zustand. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war beheizt und hatte 26 Grad. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut und wir wurden von ihm mit allerlei Leckereien versorgt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Haus der Garten, Pool und der Whirlpool waren klasse. Ein großzügiger Parkplatz direkt am Haus.Eine überdachte Terrasse, sowie eine sehr schöne überdachte Grillecke mit separater Toilette. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir hatten nur leider das Pech das genau zu unserer Reisezeit unmittelbar gegenüber vom Garten eine Baustelle war und 2 Häuser gebaut werden, das war doch etwas laut ab 7 Uhr morgens bis 17 Uhr. Aber das wird ja auch fertig sein nächstes Jahr. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub.

Alen war als Vermieter und Ansprechpartner sehr zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation begann schon ein paar Tage vor Anreise. Kam uns diesbezüglich auch sehr entgegen und war vor Ort sehr engagiert und immer erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist einfach perfekt. Es fehlt an nichts. Man hatte sogar eher schon zu viel von allem (nicht negativ gemeint. Man braucht für 4 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad keine 2 weiteren Toiletten. Aber wenn man sie hat ist auch schön ;)) Wir hatten tollen Aufenthalt und würden zu 100% wiederkommen.

Rundum sorglos in Tadini

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise fühlten wir uns durch den Vermieter Alen bestens betreut. Telefonische Kommunikation schon während der Anreise, zügige Übergabe des Hauses und das alles in bestem Deutsch. Wir freuten uns über einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen, 3 Flaschen Wein, Wasser und Eistee, sowie eine kleine Flasche von Alen's hervorragendem Olivenöl. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Alles was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, entspricht der Realität. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Objekt wurde uns picobello sauber übergeben. Alen ist für uns immer erreichbar gewesen, gibt Tipss zu Restaurants oder Freizeitmöglichkeiten und hilft blitzschnell und unkompliziert, wenn mal was nicht funktioniert (Kaffeemaschine). Das Haus liegt in ruhiger dörflicher Lage, ein kleiner Kaufmann und ein Cafe/Bar sind fussläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Porec und Novigrad sind mit dem Auto in jeweils 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Praktisch gegenüber des Hauses befindet sich der liebenswerte Winzer Silvano, bei dem Ihr Euch gut und günstig mit Wein eindecken könnt. Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt in einem 5-Sterne-Haus in Tadini.

Perfekter Urlaub

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, 4 Zimmer jeweils mit Bad, sehr netter Vermieter, sehr schöne Küche und auch der Außenbereich ist Top. Einkaufen in der Butiga in der Nähe für den täglichen Bedarf, für den größeren Einkauf ist es nicht weg nach Porec. Unseren Wein haben wir in der Vina Rados gekauft (einem Weingut, vorher mit Weinprobe, nur 100 m entfernt), sehr gute Weine, vor allem der Rotwein, preislich völlig okay!

topverblijf in mooie villa , smaakvol ingericht en met alle nodige voorzieningen

rustig gelegen nabij mooi dorp Kastillir , niet ver van highlights oostkust Istrië. Grote tuin met zwembad en jacuzzi, meerdere plekjes buiten om rustig te genieten of te eten. hartelijk ontvangst door eigenaar met heel wat attenties. In het dorp Kastillir zelf heb je een winkel, cafeetje en ook een brouwerij Castellana met craftbeer, lekkere sandwiches en wekelijks muziekoptredens!

Traumunterkunft in Istrien

Wir haben jede Sekunde in dieser tollen Unterkunft genossen. Das Objekt entspricht exakt den Bildern aus dem Inserat und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Whirlpool und Pool sind sehr sauber und laden zum Entspannen, Schwimmen und Action (Kinder) ein. Tolle Ausstattung in allen Bereichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat auch gute Tipps für Ausflüge parat. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Ein toller Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Das Haus ist sehr modern. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Zum Empfang gab es Kuchen und kalte Getränke. In einem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt, was mal passieren kann. Dies wurde umgehend repariert. Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen können. 😌
