We inform that the building staff is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.
CHECK-IN: We leave a lock, with instructions sent one or two days before arrival. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

The opening and usage hours of the pool depend exclusively on the homeowners' community.
Benalcoast Properties has no decision-making power over this service and does not receive official notification in case of changes. Therefore, we are not responsible for modifications to the calendar or opening hours, whether by decision of the community or by any other circumstance outside our management.
The indicated dates are indicative and are subject to change without prior notice. The pool opening is only guaranteed until the end of August.

To ensure and accelerate the registration process, tourists are asked to provide an image of their identity document and a selfie, which will be processed in accordance with current GDPR regulations. Identity document images and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must register to comply with local legislation. You will receive a message with a secure link, one week before your arrival, to register safely online. If you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.
