Villa El Nido Aguilas is a gorgeous privately owned 4 bedroom villa on a 1170 Sq meters plot. It is located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Benalmadena Pueblo. The area is blissfully quiet and peaceful, yet within easy reach of larger resorts such as Marbella. The villa has easy access to all local amenities, including many excellent restaurants for eating out and the beaches of Benalmadena and Fuengirola are close by.As you walk up to the villa through the terraced gardens you will take in the stunning sea views. You will enter into a large open-plan living and dining room which is fully air conditioned for all year round comfort. There are a choice of patio areas offering plenty of options for al fresco dining, with cool areas to be found shaded by the arched balconies of the bedrooms above. The master suite is a light and airy, large versatile room with sliding doors leading to a private balcony looking south over the gardens and offering an uninterrupted panoramic view along the Mediterranean, at certain times you can even see the Atlas Mountains in North Africa! The villa benefits from a private outdoor pool, patio and pool house with built in barbecue, allowing you to enjoy a dip to cool off, or a morning workout. The gardens can be lit up for an evening so you are able dine by the pool or have late night swim.

Amazing villa, amazing views! Set up to have everything you need for a fantastic stay. Whole process was straight forward and lots of info provided. Not far from airport. Would recommend you hire a car if you want to explore the area.

Views for days

We had the most wonderful family holiday here. The listing reflected the villa perfectly and the photos of the views really don't do it justice. Communication with the hosts was easy and they gave us wonderful recommendations. The location was perfect, and so many great attractions and beaches all within 20 minutes. We cooked in lots with our family and the kitchen provided all the amenities for big cook ins. The beds were really comfy, and the Aircon top notch, it was super silent, can turn off the lights and was very efficient during our super hot stay. We all loved the location so much we hope to visit again.

Very nice roomy house with a spectacular view over Benalmadena to the sea. Wi-Fi could have higher speed. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great week with family in amazing villa

We had a great holiday in Chris’s gorgeous villa. From the initial booking onwards the whole process was very smooth and seamless, Chris is very responsive to any queries. The villa is gorgeous with amazing views. We all spent hours in the pool. Pool house has inbuilt bbq and our son and his friend loved having a few beers while doing burgers on the bbq. There are lots of lovely restaurants in the pueblo nearby - 20 minute walk or 5 minutes in taxi. We also played padel and tennis nearby.House has everything you could possible need,We all had a brilliant time and will definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful Vistas

We absolutely loved the Villa! Everything was just perfect from the decor to literally having just everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The pool area was spectacular with views that cannot be beat! The vistas were breathtaking with unbelievable sunsets! I would recommend this place for families but also for couples who need some me time! All I can say is WOW! We loved it!!

Amazing villa, stunning views, great location

We had an amazing week in the villa, it’s exactly as advertised and has the wow factor as soon as you walk in, whilst still having a homely feel. The views are incredible along with the amazing private pool it’s ideal for a family holiday. There was hardly any reason to leave to be honest. There are great restaurants and cafes a short distance away about a 20 minute walk or 5 min drive max. The check in process was so easy with the property manager and we knew we could reach out if we needed anything. But we didn’t. Would love to stay again.

Views from the property were wonderful. Location was perfect. Accommodation was disappointing. The villa was tired and not very clean. The air conditioning in bedroom 1 was not working when we arrived and had to endure high temperatures for a few days until an engineer re changed the unit. Bedroom 2 unit leaked water and was not efficient. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Great view

A spacious and charming villa with great views of the coast.Only downside is the distance from the village and shops . The 10 minute ? ...walk is uphill to Aldi and a bit of a trek to the village add that to the steps to the property and it's not for those with mobility problems. However the location is very quiet and peaceful. Sammy was exceptional. We struggled to get taxis even with the wassap connection but he always got us one within minutes . Wifi good . Plenty to do in the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend. One further small negative to add is that the pool furniture was a little tired and in need of replacement. ...it looks new in the photos ...it isn't. Overall 4 / 5 .

Beautiful Holiday

Fabulous holiday in a perfect family viila that was ideally located to meet all our needs. The viila was set in a beautiful setting that allowed for the most spectacular views from the pool , the outside eating areas , lounge , sun room and balconies. The kitchen is newly fitted and very well equiped and adequately provided all we needed for a family of ten regards to crockery cutelry and glasses. The villa ,grounds, balconies and pool area gave us all adequate space to longe , sit , dine and sleep without feeling on top of one another and recommend for larger families. The pool and pool area was also everthing you wanted it to be , big , spacious , long and roomy.Long enough for swimming decent lengths whilst big enough for playing pool games whilst at the same time accomadating several inflatables . The description of the villa does highlight the steps from the road to the villa and this should be noted if you have mobility issues , however shouldnt deter you from booking as the steps are definitely worth the views you are rewarded. Overall an amazing holiday and would have no hesitation to book again to stay in this villa. Fantastisk udsigt på rolig vej

Huset er fint, men brugt. Det trænger til en kærlig hånd. Huset ligger på en stille vej, det var dejligt. Poolen var beskidt da vi kom, men 2 dage senere kom der en og gjorde den rent, og så var den fin resten af ugen.

Vi var 7 voksne damer som leide villaen.Vi hadde selv valgt beliggenhet med utsikt ,så derfor var det et stykke og gå til matbutikk og byen.Litt lengre enn beskrevet. Det er mye bakker utenfor og mye trapper i villaen,så ikke for folk som er dårlig til bens.Vi hadde ikke bil men ikke veldig langt og gå til buss, og taxi kom etter 5/10 minutter .Veldig bra service og hjelpsomme taxisjåfører.Da vi kom hadde det vært nærmest storm dagen før,så basseng og uteområde var ikke bra, men dagen etter kom bassengmannen så det ordna seg.Vi syntes ikke om de hvite plastmøblene ute.De bør byttes ut.Passer ikke til den fine villaen.Noen solsenger var også ubrukelige/ødelagte.På balkongene utenfor soverommene var det flotte møbler.Så til renhold inne.Vi fant en del støv og skitt under senger og døde kakelakker.Verten fikk se dette. Levende kakelakker var inne i boligen,men med en så frodig hage er vel det ikke og vente.Men ikke morsomt og få i senga på natta.Noen senger bør få nye madrasser som e bedre og ligge på.Det gikk seg til etter hvert for oss,men med bare 1 uke forventer man topp standard til prisen vi betalte.Håper eier tar dette til seg.Uansett, et fint opphold og været var også fint.

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Großer privater Pool, der sorgfältig gepflegt wird. Waren mit 8 erwachsenen Personen da: alle waren begeistert von der Größe und Einrichtung im Haus und der Außenanlage. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sowie einige attraktive Sehenswürdigkeiten, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Kommen gerne wieder.

Getting away from it all

So if you want a holiday AWAY from the crowds, with your own pool and gardens, and lots of space and AMAZING views inside and out, this is the place to go. 5 mins drive to a number of shops and restaurants, 10 mins from Benalmadena Pueblo, Los Boliches and only a little more to Benalmadena and Fungirola. The pool is very big, air con in every room, strong WiFi and loads of TV options with the IPTV and Netflix/Prime apps. But the enclosed lounge with 180 degree view of the coast is the highlight. And all bedrooms (except for the smallest with bunk beds) have a balcony with the same amazing view! It's not cheap, but it's good value in my opinion - you get what you pay for...

Great Home Base

What a place to call home for 20 days. The vista is like a post card and the pool is terrific. Sam and Wendy and Chris all provided wonderful guidance to a family making its first visit to Costa del Sol. We took many day trips and were always excited to get back at the end of the day, for a swim or cookout, just an ideal home base. Thank you for everything!

No lo aconsejo

Cogimos la casa para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, la casa no tiene nada que ver con las fotos del anuncio, primero que la cogimos para 10 personas y no estaba adaptada para tanta gente, teniendo que dormir dos personas en el suelo. Segun nos contó el jardinero que nos encontramos una mañana en el jardin sin aviso alguno , la casa estubo llena de ocupas y por lo visto no han echo mucho por repararla, no habia nada de limpieza, polvo y bichos por todos lados. La casa a penas tenia luz, puesto que las lamparas de techo no funcionaba ninguna,la parte del porche de la casa tampoco contaba con luz. El aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones perdia agua por dentro de la casa. La piscina no contaba con mantenimiento alguno, estaba llena de bichos,pelos, hojas... No aconsejaria a nadie pasar unos dias allí.

Fotona ljuger inte!

Ett väldigt fint hus med bra utrymmen en fantastisk utsikt och underbar trädgård med en fin pool och ett poolhus med grill kylskåp och en bar. Den lokala värden var serviceinriktad och hjälpsam. Lite för långt att gå till den charmiga byn som hade många trevliga restauranger, barer och affärer.
