This charming villa is a 6-room house spanning 150 m2 on 3 levels and situated on the upper floor. The furnishings are rustic and cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind with friends and family.

The upper floor can be accessed via an exterior staircase and features a living/dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and satellite TV. There is also an exit to the loggia. The sleeping arrangements on this floor consist of 2 rooms, each with a comfortable double bed and fan, as well as 1 room with 3 beds and a shower/WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a bath/WC and shower/WC available.

Please note that there is no heating option available for this property. The top floor can be accessed via a steep staircase and features a room with sloping ceilings and a comfortable double bed and fan. The terrace roofed and provides a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Guests can enjoy terrace furniture, a barbecue, and a covered balcony during their stay.
