The condominium is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast. This five bedroom, five bath luxury condominium is located at The Beach Club in the Avalon Tower on the 20th floor, which is the second penthouse floor. The new owner of this recently purchased property has installed all new furniture, mattresses, bedding, wall art, appliances, carpet, keyboard piano, guitar and TVs! The entire unit has been repainted and beautiful kitchen cabinets and countertops have been installed! Besides all kitchen essentials, the following have been added; new air fryer, large 4-slot bagel toaster, Keurig & drip coffee makers, and Nutribullet personal blender.



Get ready for a "Breath-Taking" view the moment you walk in the door! You will be amazed at the gulf & beach views. There are two balconies in this condominium! One privately adjoins the Master bedroom and offers a direct gulf view while in bed!



The spacious "Open Floor" plan with 2809 square feet will give your party plenty of space to relax and enjoy their vacation! Upgrades include; Travertine tile, granite counters, crown molding, commercial grade ice maker, full size washer & dryer, new carpet in the bedrooms, huge jetted tub & walk-in shower (Master), plus a large walk-in closet (Master), 4K UHD Smart TVs in all bedrooms, plus an 82" screen in the living room.



The bedding arrangement is: King Master bedroom, and four (4) King Guest bedrooms. Each bedroom adjoins a full private bath. The large Master adjoins a private balcony with a direct gulf view. One Guest bedroom adjoins the large main balcony along with the living area and has a view of the pools, beach and Gulf of Mexico. There are also 2 new twin-size (slide-out) mattresses under 2 of the king beds, as well as a twin-size convertible sofa-bed in the living room.





Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.

Loved staying there.

This was our 3rd time staying. We loved the condo but this time the floors were very dirty and we had to sweep and buy a mop to clean the floors. But overall we had a great time and we will be back.❤️

This was not our first time working with Pam Martin, and again she was great! Avalon 2003 was everything we expected for a wonderful stay with excellent amenities as well as a very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful staff. The kids loved the front lawn activities, something for everyone. I recommend Pam and the Beach Club to everyone!

Great resort, average and unclean condo

Beach Club Resort is great! However, the condo was poorly cleaned and ceiling condensation made one bathroom almost unusable for the first three days.

Great experience

This was our first time at Beach Club. Condo was great. It was large and enough rooms for everyone. Elevators always worked. Everything that was needed in the kitchen was there. Would definitely stay again. The food available from the bar near the pools was really good. The kids also loved the ice cream shop.

We go to the beach twice a year. We had our entire group for this trip! This condo met our needs perfectly. If we have that number going again, we will certainly check to see if this unit is available.

Thanks Judith! I'm so glad you enjoyed this luxury 5 bedroom/5 bath condo with penthouse views of the Gulf of Mexico! Everything in the condo is brand new and sparkling clean. The upgrades include granite throughout, travertine floors, a second private master balcony, an ice maker, a large utility room with full size washer and a full size dryer, a kitchen with everything you will need, and all bedrooms have new mattresses and comforters and window coverings for each window. This condo offers spectacular view, a fresh decor and you will never want to leave!

Spacious, clean, comfortable, perfect condo!

We loved staying at this condo over spring break. We had 10 adults and 2 kids and all had plenty of room. The condo had everything we needed and we utilized the kitchen a lot for meals (which was well stocked with everything you need) and the kids enjoyed all of the board games! The view of the ocean from the balconies is gorgeous. We overall just enjoyed being together in a space big enough to fit us all. The condo complex has a pool, hot tub, wading pool, direct access to the beach, swings with ocean views, walking trails, volleyball nets, tennis courts, ice cream shop/souvenir shop, jumbo sized chess and checkers, and a clubhouse with arcade, sauna/steam rooms, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, gym, restaurant, etc. for an additional cost each day you choose to utilize the clubhouse amenities. We utilized the clubhouse just one day but it’s a good option to have. 10/10 experience for our first time in Gulf Shores!

Cousins trip

This place was above and beyond a fantastic place to stay. We have nothing but good things about the condo. The only cons we have is maybe have an adult hot tub as there was a lot of kiddos when we were there and the kids took over the hot tubs. The restaurant is only open from 5-8 and it would be nice for more food options on the resort. Suggestions: maybe a bar with tables and chairs on the actual beach a flyer in the condo with some of the places off the resort to eat and for entertainment!

The location was amazing, just steps away from the beach. The condo disappointed in the lack of supplies. Never received any dish soap and the hand soaps in the bathrooms were watered down. Only had 5 knives for a group of 9 and 6 glasses. The couch in the picture is not the couch you get, it’s a very uncomfortable couch. Beds were very comfortable and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Overall would recommend this property

Beach Club Avalon

Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was nice to have a pool and beach for the days the water was too rough. It was a little frustrating trying to check in and it saying “penthouse” but once we got to the penthouse floor our room was not on it so we had to search for the room and the company did not get back to us for about 2 hours. The layout is PERFECT for a large group but there is not many dishes to cook breakfast with and we had TONS of food ruin due to the fridge not being too cool and us not being able to change the temperature.

It was very nice, we had a few problems

Our family did enjoyed staying in the 2003 Avalon.Most of the accommodations were great, we loved the size of the rooms, the kitchen and laundry room was awesome. Each bedroom having it’s own bath was great!! We had a great time! There were a few problems we experienced, maintenance tried to solve them but was unable to while we were there. The ice Maker in the fridge and the stand alone ice Maker wasn’t working, they did order a part for the stand alone, but it had not come, we had to buy ice the whole time. The beds were very comfortable, the loving room furniture not so much. Other than these problems it was very nice, beautiful condo.

The condo was beautiful! The main problem was construction going on at the front of the condo. They put caution tape at the entrance and you couldn't pull up to the entrance. We had someone handicapped and they asked us to move vehicle and blocked all of the handicapped parking. We had a tent and chairs and we couldn't get close to the water. The left side did not have any chair rentals set up but we still couldn't get close to the water. There were signs indicating the line you couldn't cross. The construction, noise, and blocking entrance and handicap parking were the main issues.

Outstanding View!

Condo was very spacious, décor was awesome and parking convenient. Views were perfect! Only bad thing we experienced was the workers who came and told us to clear the balcony because of pressure washing work. We pulled the table and chairs in on Saturday morning and they never came while we were there! We would have spent a lot more time enjoying the balcony if we would not have been told to remove the table and chairs. Also, some of the beds are very uncomfortable. Beach Club bar not opened yet and Free Ice Cream advertised was not FREE at all. Heated pool was not really heated. Restaurant on premises was very good though! Also, Beach Club should buy a new Ping Pong table. It has seen better days, for sure. We'll return though because the condo was great!
