Private Pool & Outdoor Area Access
As a guest of the full unit you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire outdoor space during your stay. This includes the private heated pool, outdoor bar, lounge seating, and all amenities.

Pool Heating Details
Our saltwater pool is available year-round and can be heated upon request during the cooler months.

Heating Available: October through April
- Fee: $30 per night
- Advance Notice Required: Please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in if you'd like the pool heated so we can have it ready for your arrival.

Before using the pool, all guests must review and acknowledge the Pool Rules and Liability Waiver. This is a key step to help ensure everyone’s safety.

POOL RULES – For Everyone’s Safety!
1. Use the pool at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty)
2. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
3. Keep the pool gate closed and latched
4. No diving
5. No jumping from balconies or furniture
6. No running or rough play
7. No glass in or around the pool
8. No pets in the pool
9. Do not tamper with pool equipment
10. Pool access is for registered guests only
11. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Liability Waiver/Important Reminders:
1. Guests swim at their own risk
2. Hosts are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages in or around the pool
3. Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues immediately
4. Violating these rules may result in fines or early termination of your stay

This is great location, truly a three minute walk to the beach. There are lots of places within walking distance from the house. This is a very clean place and stocked with all the right equipment. Our group loved this place and we will be back.

Our favorite

We had a blast there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a huge hit we used it daily. We rented both sides of the duplex and everyone was able to have their own space and yet could all still be together. We loved the bar/eating area outside. We have already decided this will be our rental when we are in Gulf Shores.

Great stay!

Me and my friends had a lovely stay at this property. It is super close to the beach, has amazing views, lots of balconies, and is right in town near lots to do. The host was very responsive and helpful. The one small thing I had to say is there was not much provided in terms of spices (salt and pepper) and things like that, but that is a very minor concern.

Perfect Location

We had a great time at gulf shores and this home made our stay so much more enjoyable. If you are traveling with a large family this location makes it so easy for everyone to come and go as they please. House had lots of room and bathrooms with every room! Definitely will be staying here again!! Thank you for the hospitality!

The house was wonderful and met the needs of our family perfectly. There was plenty if space for everyone. The private pool was the best part! The beach was just a couple minutes walk from the houe. Our host Caitlin did a wonderful job responding to any questions we had. We will be back for sure.

Great stay!

My family of 16 rented the whole unit and had full access to the new bar and pool. We were located across the road from the beach but was such an easy access! The house had every single eminently that was listed, along with more than enough towels! Our host answered every question we had with fast response! The whole area was very clean as well! There was also outside hoses to get all the sand off before entering the condo! We give FIVE stars and would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back!

My family and I enjoyed the pool and outdoor space every day! We had 11 people, 6 adults, 4 kids and 1 baby so we had both units and were very comfortable. The beds were great! The walk to the beach is 3 minutes and there are several restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful beach vacation and hope to return soon!
